You haven’t lost muscle. Just less energy due to under eating. Easy fix by getting straight back onto your usual food / fluid intake. Don’t stress

246 today so a few lbs up from yesterdays high day
Today has also been a high food day so should see another bump in weight tomorrow which is what we want
Tomorrow carbs come back down , so about 450 this time. So starting the descend into peak week
Toronto is a Sunday show, so 9 days from now. Just booked flights and hotel , horrible flights 5 hour lay over in New York, 14-15 hour travel time. Urgh haha
Arm day today was good felt a good pump. I definitely think something is wrong maybe nerve wise through my shoulders into my lats and triceps…. Which would explain why they have atrophied a bit. I’ll try get them looked after this show. Either that or it’s age / wear and tear and I won’t get them back
Otherwise, no complaints from me

Keep going Sas mate. We are all rooting for you to get that Olympia spot.
Thank you Josh! Will do my best mate

9 days out today 242 lbs so weight still creeping up slowly.
Today is high day 7k calories. Chris wants to repeat the high day tomorrow.Shoulders and traps felt pretty good, felt full round and pumped
Bit crazy knowing I’m going into my 5 peak week next week.
Anyway not too much to report. Starting to look forward to ending this long prep / run of shows to be honest.
Typical shoulder and traps day for me

4 days post show. 241.8 lbs so weight up a little. Feel much better today.
Chris is happy with pics. Tomorrow is a high day so 1000g carbs needs to go in. Not very hungry at all right now,
Not quite sure why but will do it anywayI think the low appetite is a sign I need to be mindful of what my body is telling me
Either way we keep going.
Leg day today and it felt quite good. Lightened to loads quite a lot and slowed reps down , joints feel very dry at the moment sso I don’t want to risk injury
2 shows to go. Let’s do it !!
Legs and abs
Laying curls 3 x 6-12
Seated cults 2 x 8-10
Leg press 3 x 8-15
Sledge press 3 x 6-8
Leg press 4 x 10-25
Leg extensions 3 x 10-15
Adductors 2 x 8-12
Rope crunches 5 x 10-20 -
3 days post show. Not weighed myself yet but will do shortly and getting back on prep Today. Next show is Toronto in 12 days
2nd place, again, in Toronto. Just don’t have the structure to stand with some of the taller guys
Also I realise I need more arms and lats so that’ll be a focal point this off next off season.
Trained chest and triceps yesterday
Had 2 days off diet.
Back and biceps today
550g carb menu day for now

Mr. Second Place, please keep competing. Maybe try Spain, Italy, or Portugal — they’re closer in terms of travel and cost. But yeah you’ll probably run into Nathan there.
So who’s really the best bodybuilder from the UK, haha?
Keep going champ!
Haha I’ll most likely do Toronto in 12 days then Spain the week after then stop. Not sure I should keep peaking for more than 6 shows. It’s not the healthiest and my will need a rest

2 days out today… 237 lbs so lower weight yet. Definitely the tightest I’ve been of all peak weeks so far
Obvs sacrificing some fulness but really pushing my strength which is condition
Fluid down to about 2 litres . Salt down to 0.5g per meal so a considerable drop
Carbs at 700. Protein 200. 3 eggs and some chocolate rice cakes for fats on top of the beef and chicken
Feel very confident ! Some big boys doing this show but I’m gonna show up peeled and dry and hopefully it pays off
Upper body pump up today after 3 meals at golds gym .
12.5 aldactone went in with meal 1 and nothing else sense
-
Landed in LA today. Carbs at 120 today. 10 litres fluid and 2g salt per meal x 7 meals so water and salt are high
Little aldactone went in tonight
Tomorrow is more like 700 carbs, fluid is about half and so is salt. Aldactone at 12.5 again unless we need more
Time to come in suuuuuper dry for Saturdays show

246 today , 4 days out from Cali
New York wise obvs not the placing or call out I wanted but that’s just bodybuilding for you. I loved my look
Will try bring the same fulness for
Cali this weekend but sharper / drier
Carbs are low low right now , 200 yesterday, 150 today.
Depleting I guess since I’ll be vulnerable to holding water with all the flights I’ve got.
Yesterday I did chest and triceps
Today is back and biceps
Congrats on the showing and good luck for Cali!
1) Do you think your FIBO or Detroit look would of faired better in the New York Pro?
2) Does who you’re competing against factor into whether you’re going to come in more full, little less fullness more sharpness etc?

Thanks Jordan! No I don’t think it would have mattered if I came sharper for NY personally. cos i came in 4 lbs sharper for finals, regan came in smaller and softer and it made no difference . But I do think it highlighted the fact that my biggest strength is when I come in absolutely dry and peeled but full enough. So Cali is going to be that. Trade mark Sas derail , slightly flatter cos I don’t yet have the fulness to come in less sharp
And personally I don’t think a line up should dictate how you come in. Always come in at YOUR best look.

I love oats too. I have 400-600g every day usually. I find good quality rolled oats (not cheap stuff) digest better. But if struggling then maybe just give them a rest. When food is high for me, I can’t eat time as much, but I find blending them works too.

I love bread. I’ve had it all my career. If it digests well, go for it. Theres no set rules on what you should be eating
