9 weeks 4 days out. 264 lbs today so clawed back just under 2 lbs since Chris put the food up 3 days ago
I feel tighter but not as flat. Feel better in the gym too
Yesterday was chest day ,mediocre session. Hard to find a solid connection due to being flatter but strength is good and I still felt big so it’s all good
Rest day today . Lower food + 60 minutes
CardioChest and Calves yesterday
Standing calf raises 4 x 8-15
Flat smith 3 x 6-10
Incline smith 2 x 8-12
Decline machine 2 x 6-10
Incline machine 2 x 6-10
Cable fly 4 x 6-15 -
But I understand you go with low dose AI …. Maybe 0.5-1mg E3D or eod … maybe this dose don’t crash too much the estrogens to goes very low
I add ai when I need to. Off season IF I need it I’ll add 0.5 once per week. Then twice per week if needed.. and so on.
Contrast prep I use more end of prep

You use any AI ( arimidex ) or Nolva in this phase now bro with 900 test ??
would be thes same good if in same combination change the eq with 300-400 primo in place of eq ?? Or u keep it more simple with 900 test / 600 primo ( dht only )

Yes low low estrogen is not good or healthy at all especially for bodybuilding -

I think 12.5 and 50 can help, but your body will produce more then that on its own so maybe no point using it but sometimes it does help yes -

I like estrogen at upper limit maybe even a little above range. Estrogen will vary day to day so I go by feel cos I don’t do blood tests every week. I do them 1-2 times a year -

Another weight drop today down to 262.7
Felt it in the gym. Minimal pump, felt cold for longer. But that’s ok. We got less then 10 weeks to get peeeeeled
Strength is still high. But endurance has dropped some. Which, again, I’m ok with
I haven’t had GH for a week now which won’t have helped the fullness loss. Just ran out, should be again some soon.
Again, not bothered about gh either, my fat is dropping at a super high speed anyway without it’s just fulness I’m
MissingAnyway, Chris has given me some extra food today and tomorrow as mentioned. Carbs are at 600. And I’ve increased my salt intake/ sodium to help too. Bu way salt, gherkins, sauerkraut and hot sauce

Woke up 2 lbs lighter today after yesterdays rest day
Chris has put some extra fats and carbs in.
2 whole eggs at meal 1
Extra 50g honey and 25g oats at meal 2
Meal 4 is changed to beef and rice instead of chicken and veg
Help slow the weight loss a little
Quality quads session today. Although had some pain in my right knee going in so lowered the load on leg extensions. But overall a great session.
Can visually see my legs getting much tighter and more vascular already

I was running insulin myself with that meal to gain the weight back that I lost over December , it’s felt quite good especially in the gym so we’ve left it in. Since I’m having such great workout and getting lean Super fast, no need to drop
It yet till carbs go lowerI haven’t needed an AI all off season. And that was before last so I think
We’ll bring it in later on on for lower e2 / drying effects -

Tomorrow is quads. I might do a 3 on 1 off split as a guide but as always I’ll let my body tell me what it needs in regards to rest days as I go
