Same weight today 257. Rest day so just a 1 hour easy walk with the dog outside +
Rest day good (400p 350c 80-90 ish fats)

Feel leaner again today. And Chris is very happy with my check in pics.

Same plan for now. I’ll update my diet cycle etc in the next post after this.

Nothing else to report. Feel hungrier today but nothing crazy

Still some fat to come off so it won’t ne too easy from here for the next 6 weeks but we’ll see

257 today so down another lb. Feel leaner for sure today. Lower Abs skin getting thinner which is usually later on the list

Still no tren in the mix which is crazy.

Chris is happy again today, no changes, checking in again tomorrow.

I’m happy. No stress, no thinking, this is the easier prep so far, especially mentally.

Chest day today was awesome. Volume and pace high, this is where I operate best

When I say volume, it’s only really
The last set that’s at failure. But all other sets I note down are hard too, just not always to failure

Chest and calves
Decline pec dec 4 x 8-12
Incline hammer 4 x 6-12
Flat barbel bench 3 x 8-12
Cable fly 4 x 10-15
Dip machine 3 x 8-10
Low to high cable fly 2 x 10-12
Leg press toe press 6 x 10-12

258 today down another lb. Feel leaner and Chris is happy with todays pics

No changes to the plan

Appetite going up; but still super easy to deal with. Not tired. Strength is up in the gym, pumps are decent

Zero complains.

Back day today went really well too , trying to shorted my rest times a bit more. So my workouts are relatively fast right now but high intensity and decent volume

Basic , minimal thinking , maximal effort

Having a lot of fun with the training. And this always lends itself to solid progress for me

Happy for now. 6 weeks 5 days to go

Back and abs
Wide grip pull downs 4 x 10-12
Close / underhand pull downs 4 x 8-12
Seated chest supported row 4 x 8-12
Low row, both arms 4 x 8-12
Low row single arms 3 x 6-10
Seated row 4 x 12
Rope ab crunches 5 x 10-20

As a natural, usually, (unless freak genetics) 2 lbs per week and gaining excess fat is a bad idea. You’ll end up having to diet harder and longer and lose muscle too.

As long as you’re progressing your training, and getting bigger in the mirror / pics, then smaller weight gain is better.

But it’s very individual. Before I went enhanced, I always performed better when I was softer , and I’d gain more muscle too. So personally I always bulk up as hard as I could without getting too fat and feeling shitty

I Could go on and on with different scenarios , it’s a wide open question with too many possible variables and outcomes but hope this helps

259 todays so dropped 4 lbs in 2 days since Chris cut some carbs.

Feel great. Feel lean. Feel big.

Love this prep. Never felt this good at 6-7 weeks out. Literally doesn’t feel like prep. At all.

Rest day today. Just did a 60 min ish walk with my dog. Before meal 1

Rest of the day will be some work, but mostly family time, my brother bday so will visit my parents house, then my friends son’s 1st bday too. So busy but fun little day

Hope everyone has a great day too

Bro now in your plan u prefer to keep big amount of oats which gives u a lot fiber … is this more beneficial believe from simple carbs such rice / cream rice / white potatoes ?? Because you keep oats in most of your meal and pre and post workout meal

I just love oats. They are tastier and more filling for me and they have a lot of health benefits for gut, cholesterol etc etc. and of course yes lots of fibre which is also important
I know bro me too love more oats better from rice or cream rice .. but I don’t know if is good so high amount of fiber in the day … and finally if this too much fiber make the body more bloated

Oats , sweet potato is very good and for cholesterol and for blood glucose from rice all the day which is fast glycemic source of carb

You show that helps you more in your prep in fat loss … from previous times if you eat more rice in your plan ?
Doesn’t matter what the carb source is. It’s the amount that helps you get leaner. I just prefer oats. It’s not too much fibres I don’t feel bloated at all

262.5 today so down 2 lbs. Rest day today , the only day I do cardio , went for a 1 hour easy walk with my dog and family. Beats the treadmill for sure

Did my work. And had my Mustang in to get its front splitter wrapped in carbon fibre. Looks awesome

Now just finishing more work, relaxing and getting a good nights sleep ready for
Shoulders tomorrow

8 weeks out today. 261 so holding this weight.

Checked in with Chris today and he’s given me another big high food day tomorrow with over 1000g carbs.

Body is firing really well now and he’s fuelling the fire instead of starving it out.

Arm day today. First time I’ve had fin again on arm day due the elbow pains , I went back to how I’ve always trained them , instead of trying to isolate and
Slow everything down, which is clearly not working for me.

Chased volume and pump. And it felt awesome , 20-25 minutes on triceps and same again on triceps

Arms
Rope extensions 3 x 10-12
Ez bar push downs 3 x 10-12
Overhead rope extensions 3 x 8-10
Close grip bench 3 x 12-20
Db curls 4 x 6-10
Hammer bar curls 4 x 8-12
Seated machine curls 4 x 8-10
