8 weeks out today. 261 so holding this weight.

Checked in with Chris today and he’s given me another big high food day tomorrow with over 1000g carbs.

Body is firing really well now and he’s fuelling the fire instead of starving it out.

Arm day today. First time I’ve had fin again on arm day due the elbow pains , I went back to how I’ve always trained them , instead of trying to isolate and
Slow everything down, which is clearly not working for me.

Chased volume and pump. And it felt awesome , 20-25 minutes on triceps and same again on triceps

Arms
Rope extensions 3 x 10-12
Ez bar push downs 3 x 10-12
Overhead rope extensions 3 x 8-10
Close grip bench 3 x 12-20
Db curls 4 x 6-10
Hammer bar curls 4 x 8-12
Seated machine curls 4 x 8-10

So rest day yesterday. I gained 2 lbs after my high day. Rest spent getting some work don’t to my car in Wakefield (1
Hour from me )

Today woke up 2 lbs down again , 261. Still 3 lbs above my lowest weight so

Regular diet (500 ish carbs ) and no cardio for now

Very happy for 8 weeks out and still quite heavy for me. Heaviest I’ve been this close to a show. Hopefully this means extra muscle come Detroit

Shoulders traps calves today
Standing calf raises 6 x 6-12
Reverse pec dec 4 x 8-12
Db side laterals 4 x 8-10
Cable side laterals 4 x 8-15
Db rear delt fly 3 x 8-12

Bro all your years and at start of your career you eat so high calories and high protein off season / pre contest ?? Or u has and years which your protein was more moderate and at cutting period u use and some years very low kcal ( for example 2000-2500 kcal ) ?

The same and with peds … all your bb years career you keep it so simple and moderate ( 1.2-1.5g total per week max ) ? … I mean with inject only , now near competition when start and orals maybe goes more up the total mgs ..

I started bodybuilding age 13. I don’t use steroids till I was 23. And I started with very small cycles.

The same with food, I didn’t need much food back then. But over the years my body needed more and more food.

Protein has a always been higher (same)
You keep it protein 2-2.5g per lean body kg at starting years ? Yes this understand it for me now with years the metabolism goes faster and the body want more food and you burn more ….

Your total daily kcal which you burn in your day training and steps / cardio is near to 2000kcal ??

Bro now u use 5iu gh before sleep have make any time igf1 blood test to this dosage to see how is your result in this dose ?
Starting years a litre less protien maybe but still a lot more then anyone else my age

I don’t count steps buddy. And I have no idea how many calories I burn in training. I don’t measure it. Never do

I trust my feeling on the gh. I feels it’s a very good source. I’ve never tasted my IGF
Bro When you mean little less , less from 2g per kg ?? Or you mean 2g per lb ? Because now believe that you use so high protein at 2g x lbs … ( 4g per kg )

Because so high protein believe it’s not necessary in one person which the weight ( lean or in competition ) is 90-95kg maybe so high protein intake is for 110+ lean body weight
2g per lb. I think high protein works very well. I don’t need science to tell me otherwise , my body tells me

Rest day today. Don’t take weight cos Chris didn’t as me to check in.

Went for a 60 minute stroll with my dog before meal 1 for cardio

Don’t some work, met a mate for coffee , and went to a car body shop to see if they can fix my Mustangs bonnet since ice fell off my house roof onto it a few weeks
Ago. Carbon fibre bonnet, so not a cheap fix : (

Tidied the new garage at my house so. Can wash my car tomorrow.

High food day tomorrow. 1100g ish carbs plus leg day. I’ll post the menu tomorrow 😀

Sas remind us.

What’s drugs, meals & lypotics please.

Any reason for the GH pre bed rather than pre cardio?

Gh before bed cos that’s the best time to make use of its recovery strengths. Fasted might help fat loss, but even without gh we can get shredded so it’s better used before bed in my opinion.
IGF level wise (growth) happens over 2
Days anyway so in that regard it doesn’t matter when you take it

Will post diet and cycle below buddy : )

258 today so another drop. And in training today it was very hard to get a pump
Which again I don’t mind cos I know it’s not the b all. Flat = fat burning 😀

But Chris has given me a high food day on Thursday for legs. As tomorrow is rest day. Around 1000-1200 carbs I think maybe more, I need to check it properly. And about 50 extra fats.
I’ll post the menu later

This will bring things back to life for sure.

Also, equipoise went in at 200mg. This will help fulness / muscle volume too

I’m happy with this since I can tell my body needs a boost right now. Due to the maintenance of food I was putting away in the last 6 months and weight I’ve gained, it’s definitely taking more to keep me full

Like I’ve never before been eating 650g carbs / 4000+ calories in prep with zero cardio and gotten lean this fast and easily. Which I’m sure will change but right now that how it is so it’s quite cool.

Chest and calves
Standing calf raises 6 x 6-12
pec dec 2 x 6-10
Decline machine 3 x 6-10
Incline machine 3 x 6-10
Incline smith 4 x 4-6 (rounds)
Cable fly 3 x 6-12

As long as your overall calories across day is enough to promote growth then yes it’s fine.

259.7 today so down a touch after yesterdays rest day.

Back to the higher carb menu today with back day.

Felt great in the gym. Strong, decent pump and decent endurance too.

Gh going in tonight should help fulness too. As well as obviously fat loss , recovery etc

Checked in again with Chris today , checking in daily at the moment. See what he says when he gets back to me

Not much else really, everything is going really well 🙂

Back and abs
Low row machine 3 x 8-12
Wide grip pull downs 3 x 6-12
Close grip pull downs 3 x 6-10
Seated chest supported row 3 x 6-10
Seated cable tow 3 x 6-10
Single arm low row 2 x 6-10
Ab rope crunches 4 x 10-20
