    Personally I’ve managed without t4. As long as post show (if you compete) I allow my thyroid to stabilise again without overeating for a few weeks, then off season I don’t see the need for t4 or t3 BUT I know lot of guys swear by it. And I’ve tried it in the past also.

    260.3 today so a little down again. Rest day. Went for a 60 minute easy walk with my dog before meal 1 for cardio

    Then just relaxed with the family. Went out couch shopping. Done some work. Getting my meals in. Nothing crazy

    Chris has out 4iu gh in from tomorrow, before bed

    No other changes

    261 today and I feel tighter again. Things are moving so fast consider I’m only cardio twice per week.

    Those months of forcing calories in are paying. I used to preach it all the time and I just confirmed it for myself again.

    In the off season if you Eat big, get heavy, don’t be scared to get soft. And don’t smash high dosages of drugs , come prep you’ll
    Have extra muscle and your body will
    Be healthy and super responsive to changes

    Chris Aceto is very happy. Todays words were “GONNA BE A KNOCK OUT LOOK”

    And I think he’s right. I feel great , so hopefully this continues

    The ONLY thing that’s bothering me a bit right now is my biceps and triceps definitely look down in size due to back tendinitis. But I’m trying to claw them back

    Today was Calves, chest and arms.
    Standing calf raises 4 x 8-15
    Incline machine press 3 x 6-10
    Flat machine press 3 x 6-10
    Dip machine 3 x6-10
    Ez bar push downs 2 x 20-25
    Single cable curls 3 x 6-12
    Db curls 2 x 6-10
    Db hammer curls 3 x 6-15

    9 weeks 2 days out… 260 lbs

    Another few lbs dropped. That’s 15 lbs dropped in a pretty short period.

    I am waaaay leaner so that’s ok. But I do also think running out GH hasn’t helped.

    But viogen have sent me out a few boxes so that’ll go back in

    Shoulders and lats today with some abs felt good. No crazy pump but still solid. Strength was good.energy is good. No complaints

    Sent Chris pictures today so he’ll send me instructions by tonight

    Weight is steady now I’m on more food. But I’m getting tighter.

    Sill no gh for 2 weeks. Cycle is very minimal right now, no tren, Clen, t4, anavar etc

    I feel GREAT. 264 today

    Leg day , strength back up. Pumps are great

    Zero complaints

    Legs
    Laying ham curls 3 x 5-15
    Glute drive 3 x 6-8
    RDL 2 x 6-10
    Leg extensions 4 x 6-12
    Leg press 3 x 6-15

    Yesterday was chest day ,mediocre session. Hard to find a solid connection due to being flatter but strength is good and I still felt big so it’s all good

    Rest day today . Lower food + 60 minutes

    Modality? Cardio in doing 60 minutes walk with my dog on rest days. No cardio on training days

    But I understand you go with low dose AI …. Maybe 0.5-1mg E3D or eod … maybe this dose don’t crash too much the estrogens to goes very low

    I add ai when I need to. Off season IF I need it I’ll add 0.5 once per week. Then twice per week if needed.. and so on.

    Contrast prep I use more end of prep

    You use any AI ( arimidex ) or Nolva in this phase now bro with 900 test ??

    would be thes same good if in same combination change the eq with 300-400 primo in place of eq ?? Or u keep it more simple with 900 test / 600 primo ( dht only )

    Gh u keep it all dosage before sleep with last meal bro. ??

    Yes low low estrogen is not good or healthy at all especially for bodybuilding

    I think 12.5 and 50 can help, but your body will produce more then that on its own so maybe no point using it but sometimes it does help yes

    I like estrogen at upper limit maybe even a little above range. Estrogen will vary day to day so I go by feel cos I don’t do blood tests every week. I do them 1-2 times a year

    Another weight drop today down to 262.7

    Felt it in the gym. Minimal pump, felt cold for longer. But that’s ok. We got less then 10 weeks to get peeeeeled

    Strength is still high. But endurance has dropped some. Which, again, I’m ok with

    I haven’t had GH for a week now which won’t have helped the fullness loss. Just ran out, should be again some soon.

    Again, not bothered about gh either, my fat is dropping at a super high speed anyway without it’s just fulness I’m
    Missing

    Anyway, Chris has given me some extra food today and tomorrow as mentioned. Carbs are at 600. And I’ve increased my salt intake/ sodium to help too. Bu way salt, gherkins, sauerkraut and hot sauce
