Sas you prefer to use alone t3 without any combo of t4 ? If is not any access to t3 which be the same dosage of t4 (100mg )?

I’ve taken t3 alone most of my contest preps yes. I added t4 last year I didn’t see any difference.

Bro you show more benefits from higher dose of test(800-900mg which u prefer ) for muscle growing phases when try to push for gaining phase ??

You use any AI ( arimidex ) or Nolva in this phase now bro with 900 test ??

would be thes same good if in same combination change the eq with 300-400 primo in place of eq ?? Or u keep it more simple with 900 test / 600 primo ( dht only )

Gh u keep it all dosage before sleep with last meal bro. ??

Wish you all the best for the preparation for this competition at Detroit bro 👊💪

Hi bud yes I prefer higher test. I didn’t need an AI. The eq helped , masteron helps. If I feel I need it I’ll
    Add some

Same with primo. If I feel I need an AI I’ll take one. But I don’t think i would

Gh yes all before bed. I have my last before bed too

    Thank you buddy : )

Woke up 2 lbs lighter today after yesterdays rest day

Chris has put some extra fats and carbs in.

2 whole eggs at meal 1

Extra 50g honey and 25g oats at meal 2

Meal 4 is changed to beef and rice instead of chicken and veg

Help slow the weight loss a little

Quality quads session today. Although had some pain in my right knee going in so lowered the load on leg extensions. But overall a great session.

Can visually see my legs getting much tighter and more vascular already

    Quads and calves
    Standing calf raises 4 x 6-12
    Leg extensions 4 x 6-20
    Leg press 3 x 6-15
    Single leg extensions 2 x 10-15
    Leg press feet together 2 x 6-20

What’s the thinking behind the intro of insulin SAS? Do you think you’ll have to run an AI?[/quote]
I was running insulin myself with that meal to gain the weight back that I lost over December , it’s felt quite good especially in the gym so we’ve left it in. Since I’m having such great workout and getting lean Super fast, no need to drop
It yet till carbs go lower

I haven’t needed an AI all off season. And that was before last so I think
We’ll bring it in later on on for lower e2 / drying effects

269 today so dropped 6 lbs after day 1 of prep lol. But I have ran out of gh 3 days ago , waiting for my viogen batch. And since we only have 10 weeks so drastic cut in calories was needed so I’ve dropped quite a bit of water

Feel good though m. Don’t feel flat / small. Feel tighter and better

It’s individual what you’ll need insure wise, not the same as metformin in terms of dosage… for me personally I think
4 caps of insure daily is a nice sweet spot. 2 caps with pre workout meal, then 2 caps with any later meal

Novo is active for 4 hours. And there’s a lot of variables that determine how sensitive you are to it at that time. It’s not always a set ration of iu : g carbs etc… so to be safe I would keep dosage very low and I wouldn’t be going to sleep for at least 5 hours or more after you take the post workout insulin shot

Chest day was a win today too.

Slightly issue creeping back with elbow pain so kept the loads and volume slightly lower today

Sent pics to Chris. He decided to try go for Detroit pro which is in 10 weeks this weekend

Very short prep, but we both think I can get it job done and be ready.

Wouldn’t be me if I didn’t make it extra hard for myself hahaha

Waiting on diet and cycle instructions

So I’ll update when I get them

    Chest and calves
    Cable fly 1 x 8
    Incline hammer 1 x 7
    Decline CYBEX 3 x 6-10
    Decline pec dec 2 x 8-10

If you don’t want to feel shitty then maybe PCT is the better option. BUT it’s still prolonging actually coming off. You might not feel crappy coming off a cruise if you’re healthy / live the lifetime etc. in 2019 I came off cold turkey; off a blast and felt fine.
