What happened to trialing primo?

I did for a few weeks, albeit a short length of time, i did like it but didnt totally love it in the end… i did feel fuller on it, it’s comparable to mast but some differences… tight / dry fulness, fuller then I would on masteron, stronger then I would on masteron, not as dry as masteron, not as much aggression (within the sets) as masteron which I like. It felt “nice” …. I don’t like how low the dosage is so I would only use it during a cruise phase if I went more anabolics in the mix
Really appreciate the detailed response, so would you still choose EQ over primo?
You’re welcome, just my own experience but I’m glad I can help. Yes I personally would use eq. On it I feel fuller, stronger, more pumped, and hungrier. And don’t need to inject as much oil either

Rest day today. Since 80% of my life is still in boxes, I needed today to get some out and put away

But I’m feeling good after yesterday’s session, full and bigger.

Tomorrow I’ll up the cycle, go to 600 test 300 eq. 5 gh before bed

Time to try get back up over 280 before I start the cut

Once I’m more settled into this new house I’ll do a day of eating video for my YouTube channel if anyone is interested

Managing to find some sort of a routine today. Food going in better, albeit still not ideal but kitchen is all set up so that’s good.

Trained arms, calves and side delts today. Actually felt really good once I was warm and pumped.

Hopefully back to full speed and routine in the next 2 days. Apart Xmas, will have a clean run into my first show in the new year

Arms, calves, side delts
Standing calf raises 6 x 6-10
Dip machine 3 x 8-20
Close grip bench 2 x 6-10
Cable iso extensions 3 x 8-12
Rope over head ex 2 x 20
Cable curls 4 x 8-10
Db hammer curls 4 x 6-10
Db side laterals 4 x 8-15

I like eq. The fulness , pump , strength it gives overshadows mast easy.

I wound shoot for 600 test , 400 eq drop the mast

Bit of a delayed update sorry guys. Been moving house the last couple days so it’s a bit hectic. Never want to move again haha

So Wednesday was leg day. Went really well. Felt stronger again. Just feeling the low drugs flatness now which is about right timing wise.

Will be starting to taper anabolics up as of next week. So I’ll update as I go

No training yesterday or today and food has been very low unfortunately but that’s ok since I’m in a maintenance phase anyway

Back in tomorrow for delts or arms

Legs
Laying curls 2 x 5-15
Standing curls 2 x 6-10
Glute drive 2 x 6-8
Rdl 2 x 6-18
Leg extensions 4 x 8-12
Leg press 2 x 15-25
Adductor 2 x 10-15
Abductors 2 x 12-20

Chest day today . Another very good session. Really happy with how things are moving again these last few days

Once anabolics start to creep up , it’ll just keep things progressing nicely into prep so I’m hopefully now I still have scope to build some more new muscle

Food is steady. It’s at an amount where I’m not gaining much but it’s definitely slightly on the surplus side. Not at a level where I’m not having to force too much with cycle being low.

Once anabolics start to get cranked up, I’ll start to creep food up too.

Macros right now roughly
400p, 650-700c, 120-140f
One off plan meal weekly

Chest and calves
Standing calf raise 4 x 6-10
Donkey calf raises 3 x 10-15
Incline smith press 3 x 6-10
Flat smith press 3 x 6-10
Incline hammer strength 3 x 8-12
pec dec 3 x 6-12
Decline press 3 x 6-10

Yesterday was a rest day so not much to report. Just a nice day with the family , with my weekly cheat meal we went for a KFC. Hit the spot

Today was back day. We so well. Definitely improving now in the gym and feel like I’m filling back out nicely

Not stepped on the scales for a few days I’ll get on it tomorrow and see where I am

PEDS wise, this week and next week I’ll stick with 300 test 5 gh only…. As of January I’ll ramp up. And continue filling out.

21 ish weeks till Pittsburgh, so I think I’ll push UP for a good few weeks before I start cutting.

Want to make sure I’m absolutely at my heaviest and highest food intake when I start that prep

Last prep I was ready in 8-10 weeks. So I’ll aim for a 12-14 week cut to allow some wiggle room.

Back and abs today
Neutral grip pull downs 3 x 8-10
Low row 3 x 8-12
Wide grip pull downs 3 x 8-12
Seated chest supported row 3 x 10-12
Single arm high row 3 x 8-12
Single arm low row 2 x 8-12
Hypers body weight 3 x 10-15
Rope ab crunches 4 x 10-15

Last training day of the week today, arms. With an overlap of chest I guess with wide grip dips. But arm day none the less

I’ve been ending my training weeks with arm for as long as I can remember lol. 20+ years.

And I doubt I’ll be changing it any time. Cos it works. And I make it work.

It’s funny the amount of times I see people
Changing their training split / styles nowadays. Looking for that perfect magical split… hey it ALL works. It’s just dependent on how consistently the individual can stick to it and also how much they enjoy it

Anyway, superb arm day. Some heavy stuff, some pump volume, fast pace, in and out in 60 mins. Just how I like it

Today I also saw some of roundness coming back that I had at 275-280. And still only on low test.

This is a good sign!! I think finally my gut is playing ball albeit still not perfect

Arms
Dip machine 5 x 6-10
Cable extensions iso 4 x 8-12
Rope push downs 4 x 8-15
Resistance band over head etc 2 x 10-20
Cable curls 5 x 8-12
Rope hammer curls 5 x 8-12
Machine preachers 2 x 8-12

I would do either back or chest first fully, then move on to the next

Gaining fat and losing muscle won’t just be down to programming. It sounds everything is off. Wrong calories, wrong ratio of macros, sleep, training, supplements etc etc
