Leg day today went super. Strength up, great pump and great connection with the muscle
Still doing 1 set to failure on legs. So tue entire sessions is 6 work sets. Very low I know, but this seems to be keeping my knees from getting worse. Needs

As mentioned above these higher days end up around 8000 calories for me so it’s a good junk of food. And they go down quite easy which is a great sign

could you pls explain why not have more cleaner foods instead? I assue dirtier foods fill out more and quicker?

With Dirty foods I can rack up the calories with less food volume, and the processed fats sodium sugar etc definitely doesn’t hit better in terms of filling me out and fueling some very strong workouts next day
These cake days are around 8000 calories for me, if I was to do that all with clean food it would be far too much volume and my gut wouldblow out bigtime. Not to mention the extra weight gain just wouldn’t stick long cos my metabolism would burn through clean food faster

Rest day today. I went gym to use the sauna and jacuzzi, did some stretching too. Trying to stay on top of this recovery thing best I can

hi sas, if my weight in the offseason does not move up in a month but strength is better and i look better, should i increase food? currently post show 2 months
Strength better + “look” better doesn’t always mean you’ve added muscle. I would increase food

245 today. Was 247 yesterday so that’s a good 5-7 lbs up from when we came out of a deficit.
Very happy with this weight since I am still lean. Not as sharp as I was at 240 but this is allowing me now to train harder and hopefully grow a little

Hi bud you don’t need a keto diet to prevent those kind of diseases. Just a wholesome diet with natural foods, balance diet of healthy protein fats and carbohydrates. You don’t need cut carbs out there’s no magic in it and if anyone tells you there is then ask them show you the evidence
Some of healthiest longest living groups on people on the planet all have a perfectly balanced diet. It’s not a good idea to cut anything completely out

You’ve answered your own q in my opinion. You’re doing it for bjj and it’s working, helping you recover, AND your progressing on this volume, so it sounds like you’ve got it perfect for now

Arm day today. Back on the ol’ hated arm day lol and I felt awesome
I look at arm day now as kind of a recovery day. Light weights, crazy pump, slow tempo reps. I find if I try lift heavy with biceps or triceps my tendons will start to get very sore very quick. Slow / high rep range and they blow up. And will still grow

you prefer more test with only masteron enath … ( if you choose any primo together with mast you will keep it at 1:1 ratio ?? for example 600 test with 300/300 ( primo /mast e ) or you will raise more the test at 800 at this point to keep test levels higher and control and better the e2 ??
Eq if some person want to use it in low dose 200-300mg and have any issues with hematocrit … will be better to make some donate of blood every 3 months the period which use the EQ ??
I don’t like primo at all. And I never have test the same as other compounds regardless of what it is. I always have test higher. If it’s test and mast I would do 500-600 test , 200-300 mast. Eq / deca etc same thing

Eq effects everyone differently so i would start low then run bloods after 6 weeks. If hemo is higher then can donate blood and maybe add telmisartan. But if it’s very high then EQ isn’t for you. For short periods I don’t mind blood getting a little thicker. It comes back down fast for me [/quote]

You work with very standard method … and nice method ! You have such mass base the test and the other use it in very moderate dosages only to help the progress …

Thank you. I’ve kept things very basic since I started. I’ve tried higher dosages but it never feels good. Appetite / sleep etc all suffer when I go highI’ve built this muscle over 20 years. Slowly. I think it you take bodybuilding slow and respect your body, respect the anabolics and don’t rush, then you will build quality dense healthy looking
Muscle that will last a long timeI dont think of my cycles as dht etc. I know I good with eq and deca. Yes sometimes together too. They both help me get quick fuller thick and strong, pushing bodyweight up. Mast I like when I want to feel a little tighter /

Sup sas, did you counting macros for your clients or prefer go about the feeling?
Hi bud. For clients I have set diets / meals , here I know pretty much how much protein carbs fats (direct) they are eating. So I have an idea of macros. Then I adjust things as I see fit for how they are responding.

You believe in health phase at trt only dose ?? Or in very low test at 200-250 with low dht at 100 per week is good for recovery phase and with good training and a lot food can have and progress with this at trt or trt + ?
Is maintaining and getting as healthy as I can I will do just test at 150-200 weekly
If I want to stay healthy but push slowly, I will do 300 test. I grow nicely on this and I don’t need anything else and this feels healthy for me
