Agree with kuba. I don’t think there should be a blanket rule for off season
Cardio.Gonna use myself as an example … I personally don’t use it at all. My CV gets enough work during weight sessions with hard sets / short rest periods.
My body fat doesn’t get high cos I don’t overeat for no reason
I control my appetite by staying active and choosing foods that digest well for me

276 today new high. Decided to take a rest day today
As my weight gets higher, my training gets either heavier / or higher in volume, and I get deeper into the off season then my body needs more rest.
Obviously to recover better (recovery a 280 lb body takes more energy then recovering a 230 lb body) , but also to make sure I am gaining weight without having to force an unrealistic amount of calories every day.
So I’ll most likely be moving from 6 days down to 5 days. BUT as always I’ll auto regulate. So it’s not set in stone
But today I could feel I need a rest for sure.
If I wake up tomorrow and feel the same I’ll take another rest. If I wake up raring to go then it’s leg day : D
Taking in less calories today. Give the gut a rest but also I’ve not been active at all.
But mum has cooked and brought round some Persian style chicken and rice so that’ll be a nice high calorie meal tonight

Diet , if you’re not very lean, you have room to pull
Calories done and add cardio. Would add cardio first since calories aren’t high anyway:
Spend a few weeks (not too long) getting as lean as you can. Then green -
275 today. Gaining like this during a cruise is rather risky I know lol. I am most likely gaining some fat.
But I’m the absolute strongest I’ve been in the gym. So I know I can still gain muscle too
Obviously I won’t let it get out of hand but like I said, 280 and hold whilst cruising I’ll be happy with.
When drugs go back up, I’ll re comp a bit anyway
Big successful chest session today felt strong and big.
Last nights “off plan” was peanut butter and honey sandwiches with a whey shake before bed

Back day today we OK. Felt like my sciatica was messing me up, glutes downwards was quite painful on anything where I used my feet stabilise so I was limited on movements / loads but could do
Either way for a decent lift in. Was just extra picky
Food going in good. Back up to aiming for 200g carbs per meal, 60-70p and 10-20f
Cruise dosage feeling kicking in slowly. Noticed the off bit of acne now I guess some hormones are trying to re balance
All in all a good day. Just need to work on stretching and relaxing my glutes / lower back / hamstrings/ hip flexors etc

Client compete in the tall classic class.
He looked class, totally peeled, dry and
Full. Came 2nd out of 9 or 10. 1st place you looked like an IFBB pro bodybuilder lol. So big success for us today
Diet been hit and miss today. I don’t mind as he said before Sundays are my off days from force feeding too.
Woke up 274 so up some more

My aim is to stay as consistent as possible on my cruise test dose. Definitely hold this size / weight but if I can slowly creep it up some more then even better
6 weeks to so, then ramp tie anabolics back up and let that push me into the 280’s then again solidify that , hold it, only do a short cut if I’m gag and / or felt eat at all
It’s a slow game from here on till next prep

Throw it and get a new batch / lab. I wouldn’t risk that for a second. That’s going in your body , so even if there’s a tiny doubt don’t bother

And might sound very basic but LIVE THE PERFECT LIFESTYLE, try cover all your micro nutrient needs. Variety of fruits berries veggies lean protein and grains etc. fresh water, electrolytes, full nights sleep every night and keep stress levels low as possible
All this plus the tbjp joint supps and you’ll have the best chance at the shortest recovery

And since I can eat more earlier in the day , I’m trying to take in about 600g carbs across meal 1 , training and meal 2
So the 400 is easier to eat across meals 3-5
Protein at 350-400
Fats at 70-100Possible one off plan meals most nights depends how I feel
