Apologies for the lack of update guys!

Travel and organising for this show been hectic

So, peak week so far, Monday Tuesday Wednesday weight was 232-233 carbs were at 250

    Thursday (4 days out) 1000g

Friday weight 235- 300g as I was spilled over due to travel and fatigue as well as the carb up

    Saturday weight 233 PEAKED nicely

The only day I have lowered fluid is today, Saturday, I am doing 200-400ml per meal and salt is halved to 3 twists (0.5g) per meal

I am weight between 232-233 between meals

    Meals are 80-100 carbs

Pro and fat are constant at 60p 10-15f per meal

Plan is by tonight before last meal if I am
    Still only 232-233, I will have a bigger meal maybe 60p 130-160c 30-40f

    Then asses in the morning

Tonight I will take 12.5-25mg aldactone to help suck things in a little
    more

But as always, I am doing things meal by meal, weigh in by weigh and pics by pics

    Food choices are
Jp isolate, Jp cream of rice, chicken, oats, honey, banana, spinach, blueberries and peanut butter

No gh (left it at home)

    No insulin etc

Just winny , adex and t3

    Peak week update

    Thursday today 3 days out

Monday gone, I didn’t like how I looked waking up around 237-238 after taking in average of 500 Carbs daily for the previous 3 days. Wasn’t watery or bloated, still tight and dry but the “look”
    Just wasn’t what I liked

2 weeks prior at 237 lbs I looked
Fantastic after a big carb up, but I was maybe more depleted before that carb up… or maybe it’s tue extended time spent holding this peaked look. Peaking early is a real thing, and body can’t hold a peaked look for long so it’ll start to respond less predictably

So Monday Tuesday I dropped carbs to 250 and dropped 5 lbs down to 232 and THAT was the look

Doing 250 carbs yesterday for a 3rd day was maybe too much as todays look is flatter and softer

So today I’m gonna eat up since show day is in 3 days.

Maybe 600/700g carbs, tomorrow drop back a bit with travel, then 1 day out I’ll
Asses and either carb up more or hold and let my body tighten up

Fluid is consistent 9 litres daily
Salt is 6g daily (10 grinds per meal)

I’ll only manipulate water and sodium if I feel I need to on Saturday

    Monday was chest
    Tuesday legs
    Wednesday delts
    Today arms
    Friday upper pump
Saturday 1 day out upper pump

I don’t change training too much

Hi Sas, can’t wait to see you on stage man you look amazing!

Question, when do you take your flight? Do you usually hold a lot of water when you fly?

    Thank you Tim!

Flying Friday. So everytime I have competed abroad so far (4 seasons to tie USA) I’ve never held water flying. In fact I get drier. I am
Usually peeled and dry way before peak week, so there’s no fluid to worry about anyway.

    Peak week! 6 days out.

Last 2 days carbs were 550 and 650 relatively

    Minimal steps / activity

Aim to fill up and reduce fatigue going onto peak week

High high fatigue can ruin a peak so I’m basically going to eat into the show and try maintain “the best look” day to day

    Weight today was 237

Fatigue very high still but I am going to drop back down to 375 carbs today.

Reason behind, I was to fill up slightly harder 3 and 2 Days out so that 1 day out I can reduce food slightly so things just tighten up

Water will stay at 9 litres daily
    and salt at 8g daily

Water and salt might not change since I can basically step on stage now. So o don’t see the benefit in water or salt manipulation just for the sake of peak week

BUUT, if I get to Friday / Saturday and i feel I will benefit it drying out a touch then I will adjust things

    Literally going day by day.

I have to luxury to do this since I’m ready and dry. If I wasn’t and I was pushing fat loss to the death, then a bigger load and water drop would help for sure

But with ready 2-3 weeks out. Eating into the show is lot less risky and manageable.

Training doesn’t change. Just slightly less volume and maybe less taxing movements

    Today is chest day

    What’s up guys

So, that leg day on Thursday WIPED me. But kept carbs as they were

Friday I did 330 carbs so slightly higher

Weight today is 235 but weirdly enough it’s a flatter 235 compared to 232 last week.

I am getting hot randomly too, so I know I’m bigger / harder and anabolics are carrying me through a bit more right now

    The look is pretty crazy.

ARIMIDEX – I’ve upped to 1mg daily. To help harden more

I’m no leaner then I was 2 weeks ago, clearly since weight is actually up, but the look is tighter and harder which was my plan

    Delts yesterday
    Back today

Yesterday evening my fatigue spiked quite high. And this morning I just felt dead.

So going a higher carb day today. 400/500 by end of the day. Not crazy high, but enough to let me go into peak week a little more fresh

I’ll take peak week day by day.

If tomorrow I wake up sharper and dry and weight is about the same, I’ll repeat.
If I wake up 2+ lbs heavier I’ll probably go back to 350 ish.

Not sure if I’ll “deplete and load” conventionally peak week. I light just go into it as I am. Semi full, then just increase food going towards show day and just maintain this condition but start to fill out

I feel this less risky approach might work better for me. But we’ll see

Legs today went pretty well. Walking it tired as usual, once I got my hamstrings pumps I was good to go hard.

Strength , pump and endurance all felt quite good

I think the combinatorial of orals. Halo winny anavar, and the fact I’m on a steady intake of 300-350 carbs daily, and doing no / minimal cardio / steps, are allowing me to have pretty decent training sessions

Few hours after training though I’m totally done in haha and that’ll be the trend right up till after show day

    Leg day
Laying hams 1 x triple rest pause 6-15
    Standing hams 3 x 8-10
    Leg extensions 4 x 10-20
    Leg press 6 x 10-15
    Adductors 3 x 6-12

You cut test tren and mast?

Good luck sasan what your oral and cycle this week?

So post refeed I gained 4 lbs which was quite a bit lower then I expected but a good sign all in all.

Means a couple things, i was overly flat which means I can definitely afford to bring food up more once the excess drops off

2 days on and I’m down 3 lbs. So another 1-2 lbs and I’ll try and hold.

Looking at my check in pics dialy now with being 11 days out I just want to make sure I’m looking my best or close to, every day. And I’ll adjust food according to how I look

If I flatten it soften, if I start to lose fulness in places I don’t want to, food and or output will get adjusted accordingly

Mentally quite drained. Trying to maintain isn’t too easy lol I’m usually pushing hard still with one goal:. Go into peak peak almost deflated.

Peak will be also play out the same way .

    Daily check ins and adjustments.

I will however make sure I’m on the flatter side going into the last 3 days so I know I can carb up somewhat and stay tight whilst try and peak

    Monday was back day

    Yesterday chest day

    Today is arms

    Carbs are at 350g

    Protein 350g

    Fats 50g

    [/quote]

Up 1 lb today to 235. Maybe just one of those random fluctuations or it could
Be my last meal as I swapped it to fat fed yoghurt, blueberries, whey and pb. Feel a little bloated after it so might go back to something like egg whites and oats tonight see if it makes a difference

Long as I stay around 233-235 I’m happy. Till peak week anyway.

    Arms and calves yesterday
    Standing calf raises 3 x 8-12
    Rope extensions 3 x 8-12
    Single cable push downs 3 x 10-15
    Close grip smith press 3 x 10-20
    Single cable curls 3 x 8-12
    Straight bar cable curls 3 x 6-10
    Stayed machine curls 3 x 10-12

    Refeed yesterday went down well.

I hit 1700g carbs. I didn’t have a set goal, wanted to just keep eating as long as I was digesting and still hungry. And that’s where I ended op

Which is perfect cos now I have some data for peak week next week.

Woke up sharper and fuller. 4 lbs heavier which is surprising as I was sure id be heavier. So I know my body can take the carbs right now

So this was across 9 or so meals starting at 4am. Train kegs at 5 am. Then just ate all day

This included a clean cheat meal

Leg session from yesterday below then I’ll post the food menu for yesterday

    Legs and calves
    Seated toe press 6 x 8-15
    Laying ham curls 4 x 8-12
    Leg press 7 x 10-20
    Leg extensions 4 x 8-15
    Adductor 3 RP 5-12
    Abductors 3 RP 5-15

Dropped back down to 231 and felt ruined.fatigue extremely so it’s time to really clamp down on it.

So took a day off the gym. And taking on 300 carbs

Tomorrow will be a super high carb day. I’ll aim for 1000g but might go higher if I’m still ravenous

Will have a home made lean chicken burger, low fat fries and low fat ice cream for my “cheat meal”

So fats will be below 100 including cheat. But I’ll see how low I can keep them.

    Protien around 400

With 2 weeks to go, I just don’t want to put junky stuff in me. But if by mid week I see I’m fading again even with upped carbs I’ll start to use cheat meals as a purposeful tool.

I feel totally shredded. Love the look!

Tomorrow I’ll start with cream of rice, weight and peanut butter pre legs. Then cereal and whey post, then play it by ear.

I’ll keep you all posted as I go

Hi sas the log is ace. Which ugl lab are you using are you still using Rohm ? And which gh . Also how are you finding it prepping with the 2 little ones . Wouldn’t be safe to say it’s a lot harder . Many thanks

Thanks bud! No using an unbranded one mostly , trusted friend. But used crown a bit and quite like it. Gh is 2ktropin for half the dosage, and Pfizer pharma pen for the other half

Totally different prepping with kids. No time to just sit and do nothing lol. But I think it’s a perfect distraction and they’ve made prep go faster

3 lbs up to 234 today.

And feel a bit better. Look just as sharp / dry.

I’m definitely going to try harder to maintain above 232-233. Everytime I dip below 232 nothing looks or feels good.

Today back down to 300 carbs. Minimal steps.

Chest day felt OK. Got a really good pump to start with, just not a ton of endurance

But it’s all good. All about maintaining this look now and trying to lower fatigue slowly

    Chest day
    Incline CYBEX 4 x 8-12
    Decline Atlantis 4 x 6-10
Incline hammer strength 3 x 10-12 with 2 drop sets
    Pec dec 3 x 10-15
    Cable fly 3 x 10-15
    Panatta decline fly 2 x 10-15
