    Saturday was high day and Chris told me to have burger fries and cake…. So of course I had the best part of a full cheese cake lol

    I gained 3 lbs. And he’s asked me to repeat that same cheat today

    Trained back in Saturday but was a super easy session nothing to note about. Call
    It a recovery session. Allowing my joints to catch up for now

    Yesterday as full rest day

    Today is chest and side delts

    I got a fresh New York cheesecake waiting in the fridge 😀

    what do you think the old school bulk to a certain weight, and “grow into the weight”? or is constant weight gain better?

    Gaining weight plays a hit role in gaining size and strength which = muscle.
    Aiming for a weight blindly isn’t a smart choice, you need to look in the mirror / pics too.
    “Growing into a weight” I guess means holding a heavier weight and getting more comfortable in it yes I think that’s a good idea for sure

    Not exactly. Being full depends on how much muscle you have, how much carbs sodium water you have, how long you’ve been training, and genetics.
    The hard intense training that builds muscle + proper nutrition & rest = fuller

    Back in the gym yesterday with chest training. Felt really good after 2 days off

    Decided to just focus on chest. I think I’m gonna split body body parts up more so work load during each session is less

    And add more rest days. At least for this early part of prep

    Chest and calves
    Standing calf raises 3 x 6-10
    Seated pec dec 1 x 12
    Incline smith 2 x 6-10
    Flat machine press 1 x 10
    Db fly 1 x 13

    hi sas, when do you think is a good point to start hgh if someone nails every other aspects and want to get the max results? on cycle for two years, training, diet and recovery is on point and keeps progressing, do you think in this case it is too early?

    I’d say too early yes. This is a question for the forums bud : )

    You prefer more humalog or novorapid from insulin use and use it more in high days in the biggest meals ( before meal ) … find better respons in fast insulin from lantus ??? You not prefer any lantus …

    Yes I prefer novorapid / fast insulin. I like a shorter harder hitting window.

    I use only on higher carb days. So not every day. But I have used daily before too.

    I don’t like Lantus. Maybe for short periods 2-4 weeks. But not year round like people use it now.

    Lantus prefer it only for shorter period 2-4 weeks only to fix a little the insulin’s resistance if the glucose has gone up with a lot food ?? Or can fix this and with novorapid/humalog ?? [/quote]

    Novo can do this too but Lantus is probably better as a therapy dose to lower BG. But again, I don’t like to fix a problem with a drug if I can help it.

    Honestly, I don’t look at BG unless I’m just getting fat or not responding to food or training. And I’ve been ok for 24 years : )

    If I see an issue somewhere then I start testing. 100-105 I don’t see an issue with when pushing food very high

    I don’t use proviron I don’t think it does a lot for me or my clients

    Rest day no. 2 today.

    Today I went used and sauna and jacuzzi. Felt great I’ll try do that on all my rest days

    It’s boring not training, but I know for sure this will help me keep progressing.

    I might do a 3rd and final rest day tomorrow. We’ll see

    Once I didn’t like it. Kept me dry and strong but it wasn’t as good for gaining like test / eq. And injections hurt. So I stopped and didn’t use again

    hi sas, what would you do for someone who has shoulder pain? I always warmed up correctly but now when i do press movements my right shoulder hurts

    Get lots of deep tissue. Try yet to tie bottom of why there is pain. Work around it, don’t do any movements / angles that aggravates the pain. The 3 deltoids don’t need a lot of work. Dont need over head pressing just some laterals

    So woke up and decided to take a rest day

    Didn’t have that motivation to train, and both my biceps/forearm tendons have been extra sore last couple days

    So rest day food, work and family time

    I might even take tomorrow off too.
    I def think my body is telling me to back off right now. I’m gonna listen for a change lol

    Recovery is KEY and as much as I’ve tried deloads over and over, they just don’t work for me. Full days off training are more effective in my opinions. Reset refresh and go back in hard

    For me love heart and vital stay at 2 and 8. I don’t see any issues when going high on anabolics and adex. Sometimes my blood pressure might go up a little, then I’ll use telmisartan

    First day of upped food today with cheat meal tonight

    I trained shoulders and triceps. Felt very good. Strong and pumped

    I expect training to improve more now with the added food.
