Next 2 days higher carb diet and current cycle update
Monday and Tuesday diet
Meal 1
4 eggs
6 egg whites
1 cup oats
4 piece bread
75 gr honey
10 iu fast ins
Train = 30 carbs
MEAl 2
200 gr chicken

Hi mate. So insulin is taken just before eating that meal 1. Then again with meal 3. Not with training -
Could you pls explain the reason for cycle t3, but not take 25mg on a daily basis? thanks sas
Higher fat burning day followed by a lower fat burning day where food stores up better. Can call it “tricking the body”. Maybe not scientific, but it damn well works [/quote]

Hi Paul, so firstly apologies as I misquoted, t3 has been changed to 12.5 day 1, 25 day 2, repeat… yes I’ve used this method. If for example 25mcg it’s maybe ramping up burning too much, alternate a 12.5mcg into every other day will lessen the effects overall but not negate it. Same works when increasing it. So it’s less effective than just 25 daily, but more effective then 12.5 daily… make sense ? -
First higher carb day today
I forgot to mention yesterday that the insulin dosages are both up my 2iu. So
12 with meal 1 and 10 with meal 3
Day started out really well
Till I injured myself.
Food went in well. Felt full and very pumped soon a as I started training. 2nd set on deadlifts and at the bottom of the rep as I let the bar touch the floor I felt 3 pops in my lower back to the right of my spine.
Tried to finish the session with machine work but was in quite a bit of pain so wasn’t very effective
Not sure what I did wrong, possibly when I reset the weight and went to lift back up I mustn’t have been on a solid balanced position… oh well it happens.
Very annoying since it’s prep and my back training has been a priority, to bring up my back, now to be set back again. Not I’ll just focus on getting more t fixed and carrying on best I can

Regardless of size I think too many bodybuilders start too high dosage wise. Body will first respond well to low dose, then can increase when needed. Also remember in always on test and mast. Test went up by 200 and deca went in at 100, that’s a total of 300 increase of tie already 1000 I was on so it’s a very effective jump. Deca will focus on recovery and joints a lot too -

So checked in today. Some changes have been made to the anabolics, and I’ve been given 2 back to back higher carb days
Cycle wise test has gone up to 800, deca added in at 100, t3 is now cycled 12.5 one day, 37.5 next day. Mast e stays at 400. Gh stays at 2.5 twice daily
This is where my prep will progress very differently to most. And it’s all off instinct and experience as posed to anything’s else.
Rest day today
I’m excited and ready to make some more changes and keep chipping away at this physique.
We’re aiming for outrageous conditioning on stage

I use the insulin just on higher carb day m1 so with one with 100g oats, 4 bread. 75g honey eggs etc : )

Dropped a couple lbs down to 244.4 today.
Feel tighter too and can visually see im leaner. So another step in the right direction.
Quad day today was brutal. Another bunch superset / giant sets. I keep doing these because they are causes zero knee pain and my legs just keep getting better in my check in pics.

Appetite is high but not painfully. Strength and pump are pretty good.

Quads… I didn’t do any direct ham work since mine are fried still from hitting them 3 days ago

As Clare said it could be the nutrient / fluid / minerals etc you’re getting or not getting enough of.
The have a crash mid afternoon regardless, I find if I decrease my caffeine intake earlier in the day, I don’t crash as hard in the afternoon.Also water intake. If it’s low I can feel tired.
And of course if recovery isn’t right then this can happen. You might need a longer back off / better nutritional plan

246.9 today so 0.9 lbs gained after yesterday high carb day.
Don’t feel much different till I hit the gym and got a crazy pump. but like I said, this is more to hold scale weight steady whilst the training and PED’s get me harder and leaner. Also helps boost metabolism too for sure
Arms today. Felt super pumped throughout, skin felt tight.
Chris asked for weight only tomorrow. Then weight and pics on Sunday.
Zero complaints from me. I’m really enjoying this prep so far.

So high day as instructed by Chris. Same high day menu I used this Monday just gone so not too crazy but a nice bump in carbs with 2 hits of insulin to make it stick nicely
This is where Chris makes me hold at a certain weight but finds a good rhythm between high days and regular days to get me tighter and harder without losing much if any scale weight
His eye for these kind of moments is 2nd to none for sure
