    Yes correct. Sometimes twice maybe Monday and Thursday.

    Arimidex depends on dosages. Right now I’m taking 600 test and 400 mast and I don’t really need adex. But as I go higher I’ll probably take 0.5mg adex Monday and Thursday [/quote]

    You tritate the dosage up every 2-3 weeks ?? And prefer to make the blast max 12-14 weeks and after go back to trt dose for 6-8 weeks to detox/health phase before you push again a blast ??

    I only increase dosages when and if I need to. Once I stayed on 600 test for 12 weeks without changing cos I was progressing. So no need to increase dosage

    I’m not active outside of the gym. Without gym or my dog walk I do maybe 2000 steps. I burn a lot in the gym. I do high volume so burn more then 1000-1500 just training. Steps maybe another 1000. I don’t count calories

    I hate micro dosing. 1 or 2 shots every week works perfect for me

    Competing around March – May time 2024 and thank you I feel great right now

    248 today so back down a couple lbs

    Tomorrow (Friday) he’s told me to replace my last meal with 2 burgers 2 fries.

    Who am I to complain : D

    Feel really good. I’m hungry for meals enough to enjoy them a lot but I’m not starving at all.
    I feel strong.
    I feel full all day (muscle wise)
    I feel full and pumped throughout training

    Everything is clicking right now.

    I’m even already starting to dislike my back shot pics less and less

    My back flat / looked flat and small 2 weeks ago. But with every check on it’s starting to get thicker / deeper and pop more

    I have switched to do more bent over stuff like barbell rows, db rows, t bar rows
    . deadlifts, etc and they’re doing the job well.

    Today was delts and traps. I’ve got a strain in my mid to lower back so I did do any traps or heavy side laterals / upright rows. So it was all light pumpy stuff. Still worked well

    Diet and cycle still the same as I last posted them a few days ago

    Delts calves abs
    Donkey calf raises 6 x 15-20
    Rope face pulls 3 x 15-20
    Cable reverse flys 3 x 8-12
    Cable side laterals 3 x 8-12
    Db supported side laterals 3 x 8-12
    Seated hammer iso presses 3 x 6-10
    Rope ab crunches 4 x 12-20

    Leg day today went super super good. I loved it. I love that squat press, directs the work mostly to my quads hams and glutes without over working my knees which is perfect

    The gym also have a cybex seated leg press where the seat slides back. I really like that too, feet close and low on the platform and it destroys my quads.

    I did a lot of volume. Shown below and All in 65 mins.

    Checking in with chris again tomorrow

    Laying ham curls 3 x 6-10
    Seated ham curls 3 x 8-12
    Standing ham curls 3 x 8-12
    Squat press 4 x 8-15
    Cybex seated press 3 x 10-15
    Leg extensions 5 x 10-20
    Stiff leg deficit deadlift 3 x 8-12

    Arnold uk is really the first planned show… past that I’m waiting for IFBB 2024 pro calendar to be released then see what’s on around March – June time. Maybe do a couple shows

    250 today, I was 250 1 week ago but today I’m visibly bigger, which means I’m filling out but also lose a little body fat. Some say that’s impossible, but it’s happening for sure. We’ll likely continue till it’s time to start cutting body fat hard. But with Aceto you never know

    Up 2 lbs to 250 today and I checked in with Chris, he said “this 250 today is bigger then the 250 a week ago” so he’s happy , no changes to the plan and
    I check in again in 2 days

    I do feel fuller bigger and better for sure

    Again, just consistency and mindset for now… and some extra carbs of course

    Chest day today felt really good. Revisited the flat bench again after a few weeks off it, strength fell quite a bit : ( but I didn’t let it get to me, as rest times are much shorter now. 140kg for 10 then I tapered down my 10kg each set for 3 more sets.

    High volume session. Pump was awesome. Loving every second right now

    I can visually see myself changing all the time. And we haven’t even change drugs at all

    19 weeks till the arnold uk if I get an invite . Otherwise it’ll be a show soon after

    Chest and calves
    Standing calf raises 5 x 10-20
    Flat bench press 4 x 8-15
    Incline smith 4 x 8-12
    Incline db 2 x 8-12

    what is the science behind burger and fries, would it not be more controllable if chris just increases your food fron cleaner sources? 😃

    Junky carbs fats sodium grease just hits / fills my muscle differently to clean food. Gives a heavier more dense feel and that fuels better workouts and better growth. I can add a 3000 calories clean cheat and I wake up feeling maybe fuller but just not in the same way [/quote]

    High days are used both off season and contest prep right up to show day. They are used when things starts to slow or flatten… They are used to boost calories in a quick and easy way, right now aim is to stay full and train hard, stay lean and grow, so high days are thrown in as and when needed to top of the stores, keep strength high, gives a mental break etc , when getting very lean high days are used to refill, fuel hard workouts, “shock” the metabolism so fat loss doesn’t stall[/quote]

    I wish it was that easy to answer that question Paul haha. It needs a very in-depth and long explanation. Lot of factors and also a lot of instinct / experience. If fat loss stalls then a bigger calorie deficit is needed as in adding cardio or cutting food, beyond that then a high day actually a buffer / tricks body’s senses / hormones into thinking diet is over so in a way it kick starts the burning process again. That’s a scientific research I’ve read that’s just my own simple logic. With high days you just have to trial and error because everyone responds differently

    How is your lean body weight now bro ?? Your glucose now in your weight is under from 90 ?? You follow a classic and simple method of bro split training ( one body part every time ) and with food I see that you prefer to have 2-3 defferent meals ( eggs / chicken / beef ) and complete the 5-6 meals with whey protein meals … ( believe this helps you more in digestion the isolate protein for 2-3 meals ?

    For me this is a lean 250. I’ve posted pics on my instagram if you want to see buddy.
    I’ve not checked my bg for a few months, last I checked it was in range and I was heavier. It feels fine right now.
    Yes I like bro split, it’s worked for me for over 20 years, and I like Simple and basic. My digestion is fine with all foods I’m very lucky I guess, my mum fed me well as a baby : )

    Upper / lower will work, ppl will work, single body part split will work… it comes down to you, what looks more fun, how much time you have in the gym, if you want to use a logbook or no etc etc… for me personally I’ve always done single or 2 body parts per session. I don’t want to spend 3 hours in the gym and I like focus more volume into each body part. But that’s me, it’s always work very well for me

    Rest day yesterday, I woke up 248 so same weight even after my cheat meal. Which went down a Treat, 2 quarter lb cheese burgers and 2 large fries…. Woke up fuller and harder. Zero bloat

    so not much to report yesterday as it was family time, and prep meals.

    Today I woke up 248 again. Back day went really well. Short rest periods, high volume, moderate weight… felt awesome , pump was insane

    Checking in with Chris again tomorrow.

    I actually haven’t used inj dbol so I can’t comment. But I do know I don’t like super fast acting injectables cos I don’t like rapid spike in blood levels and I try keep injection sites to a minimum. If I could inject all my PED’s in one shot once weekly I would lol.
    But dbol always make me feel very puffy. Where as anadrol didn’t, so that’s what I stuck with

    Bro you use any gda ( Ala / chromium ) before meals ?? For reason your all meals is high in carbs … now you are in off season period. ?? How was you blood glucose with so high carbs bro ?

    I ever use gda’s. I just never saw much difference with them. My blood glucose is always good even when at my heaviest. Lot to do with the fact my body stays efficient, when I train I train fast, 30-60 second rests lot of the time, I don’t use gh all the time, so don’t abuse my body so it stays quite heathy, I don’t get too fat. It’s also very genetic. If I needed to take gda I would. Right now I’m in contest prep but staying full / growing a little whilst staying lean. Hope this help : )
