Really good day today! Posterior this morning was very good, followed by some very good blood results – improvements across the board, with kidney and liver health actually being the best its ever been so I really can’t complain! This now marks the start of my next cycle – I will await confirmation of cycle details from cal this evening and let you all know, but very very happy! tomorrow is a rest day with plenty of work to be getting on with ! so onward we go!

For me – I visualise myself at the Olympia – visualise myself with the best of the best. Thinking of that goal that I’ve dreamt about since I was tiny, that fires me up. Think about your why, think about your goal, that alone should be enough to fire you up!

Push to start today off! Wasn’t the best session tbh, was one of those sessions where everything felt a little heavy! First session where I’ve seen some regression happening, this could be down to a few things but I’ll be relying this back to cal in tomorrows check in and see what he says – I’m waiting bloods results yet so once those are back I’ll. give you guys an update – other then that a steady day today – nothing too mad!

This is very individual dependant and does largely depend on what you want to get out of it really – but I agree with Peter here 3ius with the possibility to push to 4 is what i recommend

If you’re growing – then don’t change anything. If it’s working , keep going.

Sunday done , bloods done and training complete! Good day all around, and now sat down about to watch the England lionesses play. Sundays for me are about switching off and having down time , I find without this I do struggle to have a clear mind for the week ahead. Sundays are also for having a clean up through the house, which then helps me massively when it comes to mental space. Tomorrow is a rest day for me , so up early for check ins , then working at the warehouse the back home again for more client work – Mondays are always pretty crazy but wouldn’t have it any other way!! Let’s start the week with a bang!

If visuals are improving thats all that matters! Don’t get to consumed by what the scale says because like Peter said if you’ve not used before this look will change in a really positive manner, even if the scale doesn’t move – so see how things go!

Good evening everyone!! Hope everyone is good and enjoying the sunshine! Today was a rest day as I have bloods early doors tomorrow so want to make sure bloods are as clear as possible (certain values can be elevated a little more if you’ve trained close to the blood being taken) so I will always take a rest day prior and ensure adequate hydration is had beforehand. Then post bloods I’ll head in to do pull! I also have check in with cal in the AM but can imagine it’ll very much just be a – wait for results until we plan the next phase – response as I don’t want to go back on cycle without checking bloods prior. As per you will all be updated if anything changes! Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

I know people that have used this drug and really fucked themselves up. It’s not to be used, and as the other athletes have said, if your coach is relying on DNP to get you in shape then you’re not ready , simple.

Evening guys! Hope everyone is well! Another hot and sweaty day done! Upper session complete this morning which went well , the smith press is out and replaced by the Atlantis which I’m very excited to run up, I did my warm up sets with my working sets last time I ran this movement which was super cool! So this is gonna be very fun when we push, generally felt good this morning and am more then ready for the next phase. Tomorrow is legs, so I’ll be in early before the heat hits! aha have an amazing Friday everyone!

Agree with the above here – I’ve always and will always recommend GH to go in pre bed during an offseason 🙂

Rest day today, so nothing much to really report! Check in with cal today , so shall await his response. I have bloods booked for sunday and then all things considered the next push will follow on shortly. Tomorrow is upper and then it’s a standard day of warehouse work and check ins, same thing different day !

Don’t cover up an injury with wraps. My advice would be to go and see someone and get the appropriate treatment and rehab in place, otherwise it’s likely to just get worse, wraps don’t fix injuries.
