    Posterior today! Nothing toooo crazy! Numbers were a little harder to hit but we did it! I have an evening of just chilling with my partner so we’re going to watch a nice film together! Rest day tomorrow with plenty of work to be done!

    Really good for just switching off! Our day to day lives are filled with stress now a days, so having some time to really switch off can be an absolute game changer for recovery !

    Good evening everyone! Rest day today with an in person check in with my bikini client Mia. Posing practice was dripped through the day with cardio and steps being done too! Ready for another week or doing then do!

    Hi Kano! Thanks for the question, I hope you’re well! I am currently only using SLU 332 , with no plans to add anymore. When the season is finished and I’m in my reverse I will more than likely add Reta but we shall see! 🙂

    Another high day implemented from coach cal this morning. Weight actually went down this morning so another day has been popped in the we’re back to baseline tomorrow. Push was completed this morning, which was a steady session so can’t complain, and I’ve got a rest day planned for tomorrow. Very steady weekend indeed!!

    As someone who used to do 30k steps a day on prep, I can most certainly say it had an impact on my legs. However, much like the other athletes have said, being in a deficit will cause you to flatten regardless, it’s just about how you go about micro managing things. If your output is high outside of the gym, I doubt cardio will be needed. If its not needed then don’t use it 🙂

    Good evening everyone! I hope you’ve all had a very good week! Today has been anther high day, we’re onto daily check ins now as things are getting to the point, where if we leave things a little too long , I will waste away! We have some tiny little tweaks moving into the 3 week out mark ,but with the implementation of daily high days and some bits here and there, we’ll be on the money very soon! It’s just a matter of micro management now! I trained Pull today and admitted , even with the high day, felt rather grim! But it was still a decent session regardless and we pushed through! I have Push tomorrow then a day going through my routine! Hope you all have a wonderful weekend coming up!

    The only time I’ve used knee sleeves is when coming back from injury/slight niggle. More for the psychological standpoint, in the fact it’ll give me a little more support. But outside of that I don’t wear them, if they’re not needed then I wouldn’t worry using them 🙂

    I count everything but make sure I have the target protein nailed from direct protein sources. 🙂

    Wednesday is here!! Been a busy week so far but i’m here for it! Offplan was good on monday, then back to baseline yesterday. Check in with Cal has seen no changes, so we simply just keep chipping away, we move to daily check ins next week and then its game time! I’m so excited its not even funny! We leave for the states the week before and I cannot wait! Today is legs then its chilled time with my partner!

    Good afternoon team! I hope you’re well! Check in with cal done and hes very happy! Offplan tonight , then back to it tomorrow! Been a very productive day today, with all clients sorted, posing and cardio done, plus my own life admin ticked off too! Been a very good start to the week! Tomorrow is upper, and the same as today! check ins and posing!

    I would drop the test down and see how you feel. Everyone is different with how they react to certain dosages, so find your sweet spot and go from there.

    I personally would put the hgh in as you’re coming out of the cutting phase and into the reverse/growth phase.

    Goood morning everyone! Early one from me! Biiig drop over the night (and this weekend in general it seems!) so am very much feeling that this morning, however cardio and fasted steps complete. Now just having my pre workout meal, ready for posterior. I have check in with cal tomorrow, so shall see what the week holds! Have a great sunday team!
