My Slu has always been clear and easy to draw up! A little sore upon injecting but nothing I would worry about. So if your SLU is as you’re describing (yellow etc) I would not use this aha!

Good evening team! I hope you’re all well! arrived here safe and sound in Canada! Very ready to get started here with check in with Cal tomorrow morning. Trying to focus on just taking it one meal at a time , not getting too overwhelmed with things! I have a session tomorrow at pure muscle and fitness , which is being filmed which should be good! Then a chilled afternoon! I shall check in with cal tomorrow and then see what the game plan is going forward!

When it comes to forearm work , the best growth I got with my forearms was when I started rowing heavy without straps. I’ve never hit my forearms directly tbh and found the best growth was when they were hit secondary during back work.

Good evening everyone! Hope you’re all having a wonderful Tuesday! We’re all prepped and packed for Canada , as we leave hella early in the morning! The game plan is set and we’re ready to do the duel! I’m both excited and nervous but once I settle I know it’s going to be all good!! I’m very excited to go to Pure muscle and train there, heard it’s an incredible gym! So I’m very excited! Onwards we go and I shall see you all when I land in Canada!

Personally I prefer Clen over Yohimbine, same for my clients. However, it’s down to what you get on with better. Much like hilly has said , I would start with 20mcg clen , assess tolerance and go from there with the potential to add in Yohimbine if fat loss starts to stall. But remember more is not always better, so if you get a good response from the 20mcg clen , then would just go with that!

Good evening everyone! hope you’ve all had a good day! Standard day here as we edge closer to leaving for Toronto! Push session was done today, Cal also came to see me for an unperson check in which left him feeling very happy! We are in a perfect spot to fly now, physique is flat and ready to be filled once we settle in our Air BnB, very much taking it day by day now with 100% focus on the job at hand! Tomorrow is the last pull session on home soil and then we head to Heathrow at 2am Wednesday morning! So just getting the last bits and bobs finished! Onwards we go!

I would look at step count over direct cardio and see if you can work with increasing this. Sometimes a bump in general NEAT can make a huge difference.

Hello team! I hope you’re all good! Busy couple of days for myself getting things ready for next week! Today was the last leg day on home soil, which was a very very good session! Very happy with how it went tbh, considering I had such a big drop overnight. We aren’t at new low or anything here, but we are moving towards the lower weights now, especially since body has settled since flying. This morning’s weight was 65.9kg , lowest weight when I was out in Louisiana was 63.5kg, but the plan is to not really allow myself to get to that point, this will allow for a much fresher look going into Toronto, it really is day by day amendments and assessing as we go. Tomorrow is a rest day, so it’ll be posing , steps and coffee in the morning then seeing family in the afternoon before finishing off packing! Busy but good day!

Good evening everyone! hope you’ve all had a good day today! Busy one for me! Client check ins this morning then I spent the afternoon filming an upper session for YouTube , with updates from recent events! So keep your eyes peeled for that on the YouTube! Tomorrow is a much needed rest day, with a massage in the morning then a chilled afternoon in town grabbing a nice coffee with the other half. Chilled friday to say the least! 🙂

Always ALWAYS recommend getting tissue work done no matter whether you’re in prep or not. It’s only ever made me feel and look better , so no , you shouldn’t have any issues with this.

Good evening everyone! Hope you’re all well! Pull complete today, was a good session , we’re currently running a slightly higher baseline diet as we move closer to Toronto! Then we’ll tweak things ever so slightly going into Toronto to ensure we’re bringing an even better package! Sleep was so good last night after a long amount of travel yesterday, so I’m looking forward to my bed again tonight ! Recovery and sleep are a priority this week as ultimately thats what will also help bring this finally look. Tomorrow I’m filming with my videographer Laz , summarising everything and going through an upper session! Should be a good day!

Deffo use a small needle here! That’ll make a good bit of difference, but as other athletes have said you are injecting something so there will be some soreness!

I HAVE QUALIFIED FOR THE OLYMPIA! I cannot believe I am writing these words, but WHAT A WEEKEND! Tbh it still hasn’t sunk in and I’m still an emotional mess but years and years of manifesting have come through and I’m heading off to the O in September! My time in the states was truly special and I loved every moment! I landed back in the UK about an hour ago, and I’m currently sat in the car heading back to my little family ! I am a huge home girl, so I’m looking forward to getting back into my routine ready to do it all over again next week! The plan now is to get everything ready for the Toronto pro show, allow for fluid from flying to wash off and ensure the package brought next week is even better.
