Twas the night before stage! So here we are guys! 20 week later and the time has finally come! Very nervous but excited! We ran the same set up as yesterday food wise, same with water and salt and just assessed as the day has gone. I am up early as we have tan and make up, then it’s a day full of bodybuilding! I am so so grateful for the people around me doing this with me and supporting me like they are, always surround yourself with good people guys!

As Kam said you probably shouldn’t have any issues with it in your checked luggage but if really worried, move over to a long ester length test and pin prior – it’ll keep you steady for the duration of the trip, its not like you’re going for 2 weeks or anything 🙂

So here we are! Currently just waiting for my connecting flight to shreveport, where we set up camp for the next few days! Today I ran a partially amended rest day diet and kept steps around 13.5k! Once I arrive at the air bnb I’ll grab some shopping and check in with Cal! Nervous , excited and all of the feelings but the hard work is done and once I settle at the air bnb we’ll be all good to go! Thankyou for all the support shown by you all in means the world! So thankyou!

Last push session done and dusted today! I must admit felt very tired today! I did have over a kg drop during the night, which was following a really good sleep (which was obviously needed) so we bumped food again today, we will probably run this diet again tomorrow and then travel diet will be in play while we fly on Wednesday! I have pull tomorrow and my hair to be done, then its just get the last little bits sorted before heading to the airport early Wednesday! Very excited but also very nervous!!

Rest day today from my main sessions! However, I did a very light arms and abs session this morning pre massage with6 rounds of posing, then was very lucky to have a massage booked in which was ace! Little bump in food today as things are getting a little wild here, so we need to ensure things are controlled, we go into a lower step count tomorrow before we fly on wednesday! It’s all about holding where we are and not letting things slip too far! I have a push session tomorrow , late morning , early afternoon alongside my usual check ins ! I love my Monday crew so I’m very excited for the week to begin! Let’s make this a good week!!

Sometimes that initial calorie drop can make you feel a little tired, but after a few days things should settle a little. I find this!

Happy Saturday everyone! Hope you’ve all had a good day! Steady day today, weight dropped again this morning so we saw another little bump to baseline today alongside training pull. Pull was another session very much ticked off, some movements progressed and some maintained so with that, I honestly cant complain! Tomorrow is a rest day, but I’m going to head in and do some light arms and posing before having a quick massage. Then it’s just about prepping for the week before leaving on wednesday! All emotions are high at the moment, but I’m taking one day at a time and embracing every minute!

Good day everyone! Hope you’ve all had an amazing day! Last leg session pre show doe and dusted today! It was an emotional one! I cannot wait to get out to the states and get on stage! itching to get going now! I have pull in the morning , which should be a good session and then a day getting everything ready for the week! As per usual I’ll check in with cal in the morning and see what he has planned, I had a slight drop off in bodyweight this morning but we kept baseline TD food the same, I have a feeling bodyweight will be the same tomorrow if not slightly more with how heavy I hit legs today, but we shall see! Have a wonderful weekend everyone and enjoy the sunshine!

Good evening everyone! Hope you’re all having a good day! Rest day with a check in with cal this morning. We had quite a substantial bodyweight drop overnight so a little bump in food was popped in to baseline, it certainly feels odd bumping food and starting to pull cardio back but needs must and if its going to be bringing the best package possible , then you bet I’m going to be doing it! It will be the last leg day tomorrow before show day, which is always emotional but it’s going to be a good one! very excited for it tbh! I hope you all have a brilliant day /weekend and please continue to smash it all!

That set up is perfectly fine tbh! I usually wait that long between fasted and training! 🙂

Very very good day today! Saw Calum for an in person session and we trained upper together, which I believe will be on his YouTube channel! He’s very happy and we’ve got a game plan going into peak week next week. Tomorrow is a rest day, with some posing in the morning and then a couple coffee trips in the afternoon, so a steady day indeed!
