I would message customer service at hello@tbjp.com and see if this was an off batch as I’ve never heard of any one else experiencing this issue! My go to flavours for the CoR are maple syrup and the cookies and cream! Bloody brilliant!

Good evening everyone! I hope you’ve had a good start to the week! Today was a rest day , which consisted of client check ins and posing! I was also away sorting out some super exciting bits which I’m hoping to release very soon! Tomorrow I’m seeing Cal for a check in and session, which I’m very excited for! Last time he saw me I looked very different so this should be fun! Finalising our last little bits for peak week and then it’s time to do nothing but get on stage! Very excited but very nervous at the same time! All we can do is continue to execute and trust Cal! 10 days out tomorrow , lets do this!

It’s different for different people but personally I have mine anywhere between 60-90 mins pre gym. That way it’s settled and I don’t get that heavy feeling during training! I used to know someone that ate it on the way to the gym and then started training! Crazy! But as I said, everyone is different! So find what works for you!

Push done and dusted today ! Steady session, felt pretty grim this morning especially after a big drop overnight and a rough nights sleep, but we still got it done! Offplan to be deployed tonight before we head into the last couple weeks! I have posterior in the morning with my usual client check ins! I absolutely love my Mondays! So buzzing to get the week started!

Pull session done and dusted today! 2 weeks out and I’m fucking excited!! Was very happy with the progress in today’s session , the headspace was fully clicked and where it needed to be. Calum is happy and thats what matters, if he is , then I am! Spent the day with my client at her show where she placed second in junior bikini which was epic , so overall a really good day! Tomorrow is supposed to be a rest day but with my partner working, I’ve decided to go and do my push session, so I’m excited for that! Onwards we go into the final stretch!

I’m not a huge fan of it tbh, just purely because I don’t really see much difference to using vs not using.

Honestly, as long as it gets done it doesn’t matter IMO. If doing it in the morning is the only time you can do it, then pop it fasted. I personally like to do mine fasted and in the AM, purely for the fact I like to start my day with it/its part of my routine.

Good day everyone! hope you’ve all had a brilliant day! Rest day today, just been ticking along with client check ins, posing and all sorts! Tomorrow I’m filming and upper session with Laz and then its the usual Wednesday for me! I might try and see if I can get a sauna in somewhere as I’m feeling like that might help get me out of the house for bit! Honestly, so excited to be where I am now, and feeling very grateful to be able to do this everyday. Into the home stretch we go!

Posterior today! Nothing toooo crazy! Numbers were a little harder to hit but we did it! I have an evening of just chilling with my partner so we’re going to watch a nice film together! Rest day tomorrow with plenty of work to be done!

Really good for just switching off! Our day to day lives are filled with stress now a days, so having some time to really switch off can be an absolute game changer for recovery !
