    Thursday done and dusted!! Upper this morning was very good! Everything felt on the money! Calum was happy with check in as we go into another week! I have legs tomorrow so that be the real test!! Xx

    Hi Luca – ALT can be seen as slightly elevated/on the higher side in trained individuals. Did you train the day prior to getting these done ?

    Rest day today!! So not much going on at all! Just working in the warehouse this morning and then client work this evening ! Much of the same ! Checked in with cal this morning so now just waiting on a response but I doubt anything will change as we’re in a good place! So we continue on!!

    I wouldn’t say it would be an issue 🙂 much like Nathan said, as long as it works with your current macro set up then you should be good to go!

    Posterior this morning – which was very good! Now I know I said I wouldn’t send jt this week but just couldn’t help myself 😂 PB on the hip press today, it was feeling VERY good so decided to push it! All other movements felt mega ! Another couple clients on board tonight aswell which is ace! Everything is in a gooood place!

    What a monday! It’s been one hell of a day today and I’m still buzzing! Push this morning was very good, this week post reload I’ll spend sometime working on my back off weights , as last time I came back from a deload and tried to hit working numbers I snapped my shit up so I’m being a little more cautious this week ! aha! Things are still of a high intensity but just back off weight 🙂 Had a couple of brilliant consultations this evening with 2 newbies coming on board which is super exciting! Tomorrow I have posterior in the morning and I’m already excited for it! Should be a good day!

    Hey team! I hope everyone is well! I’ve been away with my partner for the last few days and it’s been very much needed! A good reset and recharge from the world is sometimes needed! Back to the usual work rotation tomorrow, as well as training, and I’m buzzing 🙂 first on the menu is push and then the usual warehouse hours and client work 🙂 check ins in the afternoon then a couple of consult calls in the afternoon. Very excited to start the week! Xx

    I’ve always done it subq with GH because , in all honesty , when I’m on cycle and pinning IM already , I don’t want to have to do another jab IM when the option to do subq is there.

    It’s normal to feel a little more tired when training if lean, but its points like this where it truly determines whether you really enjoy the dieting process of bodybuilding. You’ll find the majority of bodybuilders , myself included, absolutely love training no matter the phase (dieting, offseason ). I would also ask yourself if there are any other variables causing you to not enjoy training , as it might not be the dieting itself but also your training set up, environment etc, so I would revisit this.

    Another really chilled day! Went for some lovely coffee this morning and then spent the afternoon taking murph for some lovely walks ! I have a massage in the morning then I’m actually going on a ghost hunt in the evening which should be very good! if you did’nt know I’m really into the paranormal so the opportunity arose for a chance to jump in on a ghost hunt and I went for it! So should be very fun!!

    You have elements that you can still push. Moving cardio to every day etc . I’m with Nath in the fact I’m not a huge fan of yohimbine either, so would remove , get bloods and go from there with the possibility of adding in T3 if needed .

    A day filled with dog walks and coffee! My partner and I are away at the moment for some time together (as we haven’t actually spent time together for a while!) so it’s been lovely! Tomorrow we plan on spending the day exploring with then pup and drinking more coffee aha!

    Much like the others have mentioned – we can’t fully help if we don’t see the session all together, however what you could do is pop it in the session, see how you respond. If it’s too much, then remove, if you’re feeling good and recovery is fine, keep it in.
