Much like other athletes have stated here – my go to is omega pharma pro, love heart and heart care . However remember these are SUPPLEMENTS and should be used alongside lifestyle changes to help with BP.

Good evening team! Hope all are well! Couple of crazy days but good days ( as per usual with me aha!) yesterdays rest day was much needed I can tell you that! Today I had upper this morning which was an awesome session, locked in and very much happy with how things are moving. Weights are still progressing even if it’s not as big a jumps as previously , but progression is progression and thats what matters!! Day of life admin tomorrow and a session of legs with my partner – which I’m looking forward to! Check in with Tom in the morning and then its into another week!

I would share your split so we can see what everything is looking like and give you feedback/ recommendations on it 🙂 if you’re trying to prioritise arms – why not have a dedicated arm day? You can still tag stuff onto sessions but I would add an arm day if possible and if recovery allows.

A veryyy busy Tuesday with lots going on but it’s always a good day! Really happy with the posterior session today, progression across the board which is ace to see – so that was the cherry on top with today – client check ins all going the way they need to so thats awesome, an generally just ticking along really! Tomorrow is a rest day with a massage in the morning and then a quiz in the evening with the squad – so very much looking forward to that!

I know a lot of people use it just to help with those pre stage nerves the night before – but I’ve personally never really used it cause never really felt the need and plus its another variable that I’ll probably worry about ! aha

Mondays are always super busy but always a good way to start the week! Push today was another steady session, happy with how things felt and how things moved so no issues there really! check in wit Tom in the morning , see where we are at and then go from there! Another busy day of check ins and work tomorrow but it’s all very worth it! I absolutely love being busy!

Deffo be good to see bloods here and also like Ryan said, where did you source the test and is it a legit source? As that could have something to do with how you’re feeling.

Sorry for the question.
But what do you mean by “non td and td”? Google doesn’t help me here :DDDD
Non training day and training day 🙂

Rest day today – so nothing major really to report! It’s been grim weather today so steps inside reading some Stephan king! I had an onboarding this evening to do and get sent out , so thats been done and dusted! Onto a busy week but good week!

I shoot everything with slin pins and I use the 12.7 where I had no issues at all. As Kuba mentioned the key here is to rotate sites to avoid any build up of scar tissue.

Really good session today and day in general! Nothing too crazy to report really! Rest day tomorrow , so going to head over to Ikea and get some storage for my office – as this really needs to be done! Ready to start another crazy week! Onwards we go!

Another day done and dusted!! Pull went well this morning so cannot complain! Felt pumped for the majority of the day to be honest, which is always good! aha! Then a steady afternoon of work and a couple of new starters tonight that are set and sorted – the team is growing quickly which is so awesome to see! Legs in the morning with my partner which I’m very much looking forward to!

Agree here with Kuba – First couple of movements I would recommend doing a good amount of warming up , but once warm you shouldn’t need to warm up for every exercise after. I personally do 2-3 sets of warm ups in the first couple movements of my session, then do 1 feeder set prior to other movements to get to my working weight.

Really good upper session this morning completed! Things are starting to move again which is good – pressing was very solid today which I’m very happy about! Massage this afternoon, then a busy day of training, working and checking in with Tom in the morning! Food prep as usual this afternoon , making sure everything is good to go for tomorrow!
