I have a Fitbit charge 6 too and love it! Does everything needed and seems pretty accurate to me!

What a crazy weekend! Spent the weekend socialising with team evo and having our Christmas get together which was lovely! Another year done and dusted as a team which is super cool to be able to say! Onto 2025 we go!
Today was push as always ! Have been feeling a little under the weather past couple day (I’ll blame the boys for that one aha!) so a couple of regressions but only a couple reps down across a couple movements , but regardless , everything felt good and I know that general wellbeing would have been what would have effected the movements so I’m not worried!
Tomorrow is posterior , so will get that ticked off and done! Hopefully general cold vibes will have pissed off by tomorrow! Aha !

I use 5g of sesame seed oil when preparing my chicken as that’s what’s accounted for in my diet. Workout your protein/fats/carbs then apply a steady drop of fats through the day, or as Dan said, use 1 cal spray

Solid Friday all around ! Pull today was a good session, warehouse work was gooood and coaching this evening was also good , so can’t complain ! Legs in the morning with my partner which I always can’t wait for ! Have a good weekend all!

Hey Tony! I hope you’re well! It might be worth adding in some P5P to help bring those prolactin levels down – how long have you been on these doses ?

I do mine the night before too! Shouldn’t be an issue!

This week is blasting by which is CRAZY! its also Christmas in like 2 weeks which I don’t know how to feel about! :L but anyways! Upper today! went really well! I have swapped out the atlantis press for a high incline smith press, reason for this is (after having a discussion with cal about this also) progressions were really starting to slow for this movement, so we decided it was about time to change it around! I havent smith pressed in ages and it felt AWESOME! So i’m excited to push the numbers on these! Nothing much else to report here tbh! Just another day ticking along!

Rest day completed! Busy day working and moving things into the house, edging that little bit closer to being fully in which is super exciting! Nothing much more to note from today tbh! I have upper in the morning and then another day of work! Oh the exciting lives we lead! onwards we go!

Couldn’t agree more with rhea here! You never know unless you try! But there should never be a rush to get there, spend your time growing and then when you feel like you’re ready, take the plunge and see how it goes!

Posterior dusted off today – numbers very steady, feeling strong and solid throughout all movements which is what we want to hear! Tomorrow is a rest day, so little bit of work in the TBJP warehouse in the morning then onto the continued house move in the afternoon! busy but good day!

I’ve always sent in advance to someone I know in the states. Orals in a little mutivit tub. Its really not worth even chancing it, no way. Especially as Jordan said, say goodbye to being able to go to the states again :L

Agree with Kuba here – this is something I very much mirror in my early morning sessions and works well!

A new week is here!!! Today was push day and also had a call with Calum today regarding training and how things are rolling , due to have a call with Tom any day now too! Had a cystatin c test done yesterday as a few of my kidney markers were slightly out in my previous blood tests, and with my family’s history of poor kidneys i’m super cautious about how my kidneys are doing. If all markers are coming back with the green light then a possible short secondary blast prior to prep may be on the cards but we need to ensure everything is bang on, i’m in no rush to get back on cycle but also want to ensure that i’m un fucking deniable next year, so if we want one last little push then so be it! Obviously i’ll keep you all in the loop with whats going on but that where things stand currently!
