MemberAugust 20, 2026 at 7:29 pm in reply to: Regression after previous push phase vs currentIt defo looks like a cheap gear thing to me bud. Id come down to a very lean Bodyfat set point and start the push up again personally
Ok currently doing that, thats what i was suspecting too. Because it makes no sense that after a whole push phase, i look so much fatter at the exact same weight. If gear was good, i would at least look more muscular even if i was fatter

MemberAugust 20, 2026 at 5:15 pm in reply to: Regression after previous push phase vs currentHey thanks for the answer. The variable are similar. The first 237 lbs was 4 months post show. The new 237 is 3 weeks into a mini cut after push phase that i reached 250lbs. Cycle about the same, Same checkin spot. Only different variable are more food and different brand of gear.
Not sure how i can upload pics, google drive link would work?
Forgot to mention, food source havent changed, output really similar, maybe a tad bit more cardio because i am currently doing a minicut, but just 10min more daily. Food volume about the same currently but i went much higher during push

That’s one of the highest I’ve seen at 210g/L
It depends what context. But you defo need to get 2/3 let’s done for me and just keep a very close eye on it
For the context, im taking 600 test, 300 eq, 150 npp. Should i maybe drop npp? Or since i can gove blood in 3 weeks i should be fine?

Yeah i was really surprised by that number to be honest, a bit annoyed they refused to take blood cause i traveled.
At least my blood pressure is in good range at 121/70

What is the range bud as this is different to the Uk one
I think in the uk the measurement is g/L?
Did the conversion it would be 210g/L, wich i really high, but is it dangerously high?

Got told the healthy range was in between 12-17

Your E2 has been still climbing as you bumped the dose. Initial EQ dose still not in full effect for AI control.
Just a bad move changing things at week 3. Simply not enough time for the body to normalise.
Come back down. Sit there for 6 week total. Asses how you feel n were hormones are.
Then make an accurate increase IF needed.
For now add in 20mg nolva and 300mg B6
Thank you!

If you had no issue on 100 then lower the dose back down
Don’t add caber , use some vitamin b6 p5p
Ive looked up vitamin b6, cant find a dosage. It says 50mg-300mg…pretty broad range. How much would you take?
-
Ok thank you! And i just thought, i started 150mg this week so i havent build up to 150mg yet technically so the issue is prob from 100mg. But it is REALLY light, barely feel it, just scared it developp more
-
If you are still lean and everything feels good the there’s no issues there imo
Thank you for your answer!

I liked it . I found that out by trying it 🙂
Will definetly try! HArd finding infos about this one, no one seem to take it by injections hahah

MemberNovember 3, 2025 at 8:27 pm in reply to: High liver enzymes, high hemoglobin and hematocritNone of this is an issue if blood pressure is fine . Hemo and hema are in an adapted position , that’s fine provided kidney values and blood pressure is fine .
I would pick up some of our vital support which will the just ensure the hemo/a numbers don’t climb and then the tudca and nac will sort the alt
Ck is fine , just training related
Thank you for the feedback!
