Thanks for the all input as usual, everyone! I’m about to finish week 8 of this rotation, so I’ll start sliding in an extra off day in for the next 8 weeks and see how things go.

Thanks for the input, everyone. I tinkered with the weight this past week and…

Prime Incline whooped my butt adjusting the profile more to bottom and mid ROM.

    Prime Row…same.

Looking forward to these as new challenges and improving!

What movements are your focus on your “upper” and “lower” days, as compared to your other days in your rotation?

    Jordan,

Where do you usually place your feet on the Arsenal Leg Press? My gym just recently got one, and my foot placement either feels too low with the low angle on the bottom part of the sled, and it feels too high when I place my feet on the higher portion.

    Question…

Do you get feedback from judging usually, or do you prefer to step back and use you and your coach’s opinions?

Oops. My bad on that assumption. I saw it and and thought you were doing that show again this year.

How are you approaching your upper body days currently? For example, I notice you have 1 set listed. Is that working up to 1 working set? Is it to failure or any RIR? Just curious.

PS I was going to ask what your show plans were this year, and saw the redcon poster with you on IG and got my answer.

Are there certain areas that you get graston work done specifically?

    Random Thought

Has anyone (I mean from an IFBB or content creator, not us Average Joe’s lol) asked to come train with you at your place? I want to see Juji roll up to your gym and get through a Michaela session, haha.

Since it’s been a couple of months since you’ve implemented it, I thought I’d inquire about the cold plunges again, and how you feel they’ve been beneficial to you.

    Michaela,

How long would you say/think your rest periods are at your top/heavy sets? I imagine you’re not sitting there with a stopwatch, haha, but just curious as to how long it takes you to feel like you’re recovered, and ready for your next set?

Saw your post on IG today. I know you’ve been focused on lower body work since the Olympia, but I just have to say how impressive your upper body is even with no training currently. Can’t wait to see what package you bring when you get where you want. As always, thanks for allowing us to be able to see a glimpse into the work you’re putting in!

Are these the prime handles or the orange handles? I’ve used both before. To me though I don’t feel an advantage using them. Use a d handle, use straps if need extra support and focus on execution instead of the handle and you will be fine.

From my experience with replicas such as mag grip handles they cheaper versions are not good

These are a knockoff version of the green Rot8 handles. I’m going to go ahead and buy them just to be able to introduce a small change here and there when I mentally need it. Thanks for the input, everyone!

I was wondering your thoughts regarding your use of cold plunges. I guess it’s a two part question.

What is your goal with it in your recovery?

What are the benefits you’ve seen personally with using it so far?

I’ve been wanting to utilize them in my own recovery, but recently I’ve seen information in regards to how it can inhibit hypertrophy? Just wondering your thoughts on purpose and implementation.

As always, thanks for sharing your training and insight here with us!
