What if it was a SlDl first and then the ham curl? Would u still keep setting one for first set and then setting 5?

Standard cable push downs ? How often are you getting + 1 reps ?
I have been running the same upper session over and over again with no variation, i usualy get +1 reps every 2 or 3 sessions.
Should i keep doing them until the progression gets slower and slower?

Should i start doing it from a squat rack and work my way until i can tap the floor with no rounding?
