Hi!
How much Arimidex do you take? It seems that your dosage is unnecesarry high! Depending on how high it is i would half it or skip it

I see it the same as kevin. You will have a elevated heart rate but a heart attack has nothing to do with heart rate its a closed vessel in the heart. There is no connection.
Still clen is not healthy and should be used whisely.

Sorry to hear that you have to wait some more weeks to start training again in the gyms.
That situation leeds that another realy good amateur dropped out from that season.

Hey Stefan!
I have an important question because I think you are one of the most acknowledge coaches and extremely sympathic.
So I cant train really for 4 weeks because of my study exams and my head is to full of learning that’s why I take a break from training and downed the cycle to a trt 125mg test.
I also try to get leaner and cut off some body fat, have you some advices to start after the month as well as possible into training, cycle ect.? Should I’ll start immediately with my basic stack again 500 test, 300 npp or slowy go up? Training?Hi kevin!
First the 4 weeks will do good! Sometimes after such a recovery period everything which was heavy before just goes easy!
Trt dose is super fine!!
But i want to keep shape the same not shred. You go down with test dosage you dont train and you want to eat in kcal defizit thats not a good idea for your muscles. So i would try to maintain.
After that month go up again with dosage to normal
Dose and start training but use the new start to correct maybe your form and try to start from a better execution point!

Sometimes a break is good to start with a new schedule cause you want to change than you dont think about too much what weights you have done which could be good to set s new starting point for perfect execution. So inwould start with ppl

I’ve seen a new video by urs and his new push workout, he did I think 4 chest excersise in a row and then shoulder and tri work, so is that the way you would set up a push workout because I know like Jordan or Kevin Stütz typically do for example one. Chest push movement then shoulder press, a dip variation and at the end the iso work. [/quote]
I like a little more volume in most cases, especially when i start with people coming from normal
Splits. Intensity often is something to learn, if i recognize there is to much stress on the system i reduce.I always have 2-3 rotations so there will be one rotation which is more shoulder focused

i would ask you, what are your opinion about Isolat protein and digestion and absorption…
Some athletes said, the isolat will not well absorbed.

AdiUsually digestion is fine especially for people with lactose problems cause iso is lactose free. To have optimum digestion you can use a isolate like the trained by jp iso cause astra gin is added which boosts uptake of the aminos

It can work well, i do it sometimes in preps that i jace more carbs around training in pull and leg days and less in push, but its not double amount about 50-100g difference
