    @stefan Why do you prefer letrozol instead of arimidex or aromasin?
    Sorry if you’ve answered that before, but I read everything and don’t remember..

    Aromasin i actually like beginning of prep or offseason.
    In the latest stage of prep i like to reduce estrogen as much as possible thats why i go for letro.

    Arimidex i just use if people have problems getting aromasin or letro

    Most other athletes are going for next year.

    We are sitting at 120kg after a high carb day wit 900g carbs

    You are also just 5 weeks in that circle, susta also has it longer combounds which need to build up. So it could be ok. I would retest in 5 weeks

    Just noticed you are working also with Max now.
    Would you be so friendly and tell us something about your/his current goals (recomp, loosing bodyfat or bulking)?
    Maybe if you are allowed you can also post his sheets about nutrition, supplementation and training.

    Yes! He just wants to have a nice performance and be healthy as possible right now so a little bit recomp. So there is mothing extreme in the plans we start with app 4500kcal on training day and a mild test/npp stack

    If you havent fucked up your liver totally and you blood pressure is high you should not have the problem concerning excessive bleeding.
    Besides that i would definitly go for trt. Trt is less stress for the body then that stack and you need to recover from surgery. Also an advice is to rest at least a few weeks after your gyno surgery untileverything is healed. You wont progress in that time and you canr benefit at all from your stack, so i would just go to trt

    Its quite simple like always. Its 100prop/50tren/50drost daily, later oxandrolon and winstrol will be added.
    I always start with clen and a little t3/4 and then work from week to week.
    MEalwhise its also  classic stefan just the volume of food isnlower, less meat and less vegetables

    Yes i will up the masteron. Maybe a little bit more winstrol too and skip the tren. Sometimes thats needed and results are nice also

    as far as i know you are a big fan of keeping it simple in a diet/comp prep phase with gear and usually use test/tren/drost for your athletes.
    My question is, whats your opinion of using nandrolone in a diet/comp prep? Is there any scenario where you think it would make sense for an athlete to use it (maybe test/tren/nandrolone as stack) or what do you think would be the possible advantages/disadvantages using nandrolone in a caloric deficit?
    Ask cause i see sometimes atheletes use nandrolone in a caloric deficit and wonder what might be the reason for that.

    I have never done and actually i dont see any point of using it. Still npp will give you more water then tren, drosta,.. and its less androgenic, so for me there is just no use of npp.

    Maybe some go good with that but as i say i see no advantage of npp in prep.
