Hey Stefan how looked the trainingsplit of fabi for his Arnold prep? Ie how many times the week he trained and how often a muscle per week ect?
    . Best regards

We did classic ppl with most of the time 2 on 1 off. Now we switch to more push fokus, and go up with frequency there and keep legs and back once a week

    Hi Estefan
Congratulations on your great successes in the past Arnold Classic.
I have a question for you.
How do you manage cardiovascular exercise in your athletes from the moment they begin their preparation for competition.
I mean in terms of starting with a base of for example 3 days of 30 minutes and increasing the frequency and duration every two weeks or when the weight stabilizes. How much do you usually recommend of sessions and duration of cardio.
    Thanks

Thats person depending! Fabi for example had no cardio in prep, but about 90-120 in offseason for health. Prep cardio can also go up to 1,5hours per day, but usually i try to have less cardio possible in prep

I’d have a question more regarding to health.. He has been at it I think since november 2019, so in july he will have blasted for 9 months, and then by olympia time for almost a full year straight.
do you think – because in the offseason he is just on test and primo @750 each per week – this is pretty safe longterm, or would you normally have him do a cruise at just a TRT dose or something like lets say 250 test/week? I guess you do regular bloodwork – do his blood recover you think on 1.5g of test/primo mix from contest prep or you just gotta push trough till the olympia (because at this level sacraficies are just somewhat unavoidable) and then take him off for a couple of months?

I always go with bloodwork. He handles steroids very well, if a problems occure we will react. Only parameter always high is creatinine, but also when he is natural and he was natural 2 years before september

Hey Stefan, Congratulations on your success with your athletes at the Arnolds! Could you give us a typical Offseason plan of a Classic Physique Athlete like Fabian food and gearwise, like you gave us an example for the contest Prep where you posted the whole planned Layout from week 1-16? Kind regards

No problem! We start that way!

    Thank you very much Stefan!!
Just for interest: I am also a big Fan of Primo, but if legit Primo is not availabe, what would be your other option to add to the test, for a classic guy? My choice would be Mast E or EQ, but just curious how you would handle it.[/quote]
I’m not the biggest masteron in offseason fan!
Eq is fine but same problem with quality as primo!
I also like npp! But i make no difference between classic or bb!

Condition gets better day by day. Water in legs is very present, but we handle that! Lara is a fighter

    yes thats the plan!
you are right we specially need to improove the area around shoulders chest! i have no doubt that we will bring a improoved package to portugal, perhaps not the full 112 but 108-109 is very realistic.
We started that journey in september 2019 with 102kg and endet on stage now with about 106. also his stage weight before his brake was between 112-118 so muscle memory will do good 🙂

Hi thank you! so i point out the last days and start with Fabian you got Classic Physique overall:
    weight allowed 108kg

we travelled Wednesday and left home at 7 am. plan was to has during travel 5 meals with 200g of meat some nuts and veggies. travel lasted until 5 am next morning ( 11 pm columbus time) so we had to check weight what we did at erics room. weight was at 107,89 so i new one meal with carbs is fine to restore a little energy. @hyacine was our lifesafer cause he was shopping before. so fabi got a muffin and about 150g rice ( raw) in.
thursday was weight in at 8 am and weight was 106,… so all fine and we started carb up with 1145g carbs clean + some cookies so total about 1600carbs, 150g fat and 170 protein. that went really well. fluid was 3 l and sodium 3g. 1/2 dyazide at 8 pm that was all.
check in at 10pm was fucking freaky so we didnt change a thing

showday he had 3 meals about 600g carbs, which might have been 1 meal too much, not because of condition stomach control could have been better. fluid was about 500ml and like always some gatorade with salt to pump up. and then there was the pro card

Fabio which got Bodybuilding overall was at 120kg when we started carb up and a little watery cause of a flu. we went in with 1000g carbs on wednesday and same on thursday, fluid was 4l wednesday and 2,5 thursday
condition got better and better but i had to give him 1/2 of diazide at thursday 4 pm and 1/4 ar 9 pm!

worked out pretty good! showday was same as fabis, but the show also prolonged on saturday so after show he got 600g of carbs for rest of friday + 1,5l of water with 1/2 diazide at 7 pm.
condition on saturday was spot on and he got the overall.

so all in all not very complicated, just small adoptions to the plan i usually have!
