Hey Stefan! I would be interested in why you are a big believer in E5D injections according to the halflife of enanthate esthers, when nearly everyone today tries to split it up to more frequent doses with the explanation, that it would give more stable bloodlevels with less fluctuations, lower peaks and accordingly to people who do it more frequent: less estrogenic side effects. Most athletes i know do long esthers 2-3 times/ week, but i even know people who do them every other day. In my opionion, eod injections of such a long esther should not give very stable blood levels.. but whats your opinion and reasoning about that whole discussion?
Let’s take 700 Test E + 700 Primo E / week as an example.
500 mg of each E5D vs. 350 of each monday + thursday.I always had good experiences (more than 15 years with e5d) and what works i like to keep. 2nd thing is every injection is a scar tissue which lowers the quality of the muscle and is a potential risk for an infection.
So lowering the frequency when possible is quite nice if you dont want to end searching for injection spots in crazy areas.If dosage is higher than 500 e5d( which most of my people dont do) then i like it every 3rd day

No need for that, there is actually no reason except fertility problems where i would add hcg

I think the gyms will be closed longer, maybe late april, in that case i would cruise and use the time for recovery of the system

Healthwhise i’m a fan of 90-120min a week. Perfect is early morning or before last meal. Pre training i would never do and post is only a solution when there is no other chance and then not longer than 20-25 min

my worst scenario tool is always trx, you can do a lot of different movements everywhere. not comparable to a gym for sure but you can move at least
