A question regarding mens physique: How do you work with them gearwise in Offseason and Pre Contest? You have examples? Between Classic and Open BB you said you make no big difference there, but i’m sure you do in mens physique.Hiho
I havent tried it now but look forward to!!Actually there is no big difference, cause i dont like insuline with all my competitors.
Offseason i always go for about 500-700 test a week and an anabolic component around 300-500 a week and i always try to avoid anything that upsets digestion

Hello Stefan, why do most guys do hcg, clomid …. after the cycle and you I think you don’t do that?
I see no reason why i should force a natural production with an unnatural substance especially when the substances have bad sides and won’t bring you faster back in range. All of my clients who went totally off in the last 15 years did that without hcg or other stuff just lowering the dosis and frequency with prop.
All did well.

There are different approaches, and for me it doesnt care if its counted or not, its just important that you keep the way you do, that you can compare the changes
Thanks Stefan, so keeping it consistent is important then, I suppose my concern is whether it’s more beneficial to be hitting you main macros from the direct sources for pro/fat/carb to get hit numbers and then anything else is just an addition/bonus.[/quote]

Stefan, what’s your opinion on actually ADDING an anabolic during this time? Maybe first a quick bit of background information: ended my blast 1st of January. Have been on 180mg test e/ week since then and did bloods earlier this week, showing my test levels are 40nmol (range: 9-30). Pretty happy since it was like a “test period” for me because it was my first time cruising. All health markers better than ever before.
Until recently, I haven’t been able to train properly + had an injury, meaning I lost some size. The plan was to start a new full blast, however, now we have this whole corona thing meaning there’s no access to a gym. That’s why I ordered some dumbbells, a bench and a rack to do bodyweight dips/ pull ups.
So now my questions… what about adding a low-dose of an anabolic on top of my 180mg test e as of this week? To not make things worse during the upcoming weeks and potentially gain some tissue as well. Happy to hear what you have to say!

Hi!!
I would not add it yet and stay in natural state. You won’t benefit from it now. The loss of exogenous testosteron leads to a weaker immunsystem, what doesn’t meant that the adding when you are natural makes it better. Stay as you are for the moment!Instagram @bossofoutlaw - www.bodyconsultants.at

I would be interested in hearing your approach to reverse dieting post show. Do you have your athletes slowly increase calories and move into a cruise phase with anabolics or do you make the most of the rebound whilst the body in a sponge like state?_________________________________________

Yes i always reverse diet, leptin levels are tricky and you are hungry all the way without reverse dieting you get fat fast and a bad insuline sensitivity and fuck your whole off season.
