Stefan what do you think of this diet strategy. On training days high kcal high carbohydrates, high protein with very low fat and on these days exogenous insulin is used, then on rest days no carbohydrates moderate with fat and high protein and lower kcal to lower inflammation and really keep insulin sensitivity good for trainingdays where i try maximise everything.
Hi Mattias! Like you know i’m not a fan of exogen insulin at all, in my opinion never made an athlete better, just heavier. 2nd point one day is nothing for insulin sensitivity, insulin sensitivity build up is a process which takes much longer.
In my strategies carbs are always lower on rest days, but most of the time 100-200g, not more. I still want to recover as good as possible and have energy for the next training day. Its definitly worth it! Much more comfortable to cook your rice. So if rice is your favourite carbs source go for it

Concerning soldify thats a strategy when you plan an athletes career longterm. Cause of long term analysis weight in prep stays more stable and doesnt drop that intese when you dont push weight up until the beginning of the diet. I prefer having 2-3 month with stable weight bringing body into homöostasis before prep. But for that you have to plan longterm, sometimes thats just not possible.In my opinion gh should be used only for advanced bodybuilders who won national and international shows aming for a pro card or being able to progress even at high level. Most of the time growth in amateur sport is just used to hind lazyness, lack of progression in training, bad recovery habbits.

Test level seems to be good! Estrogen is high and may go down when cycle is longer. At the moment you are starting to get a constant blood level and it will regulate more, so i would reevaluate in 1-2 months if you dont have intense estro sides.

What are your thoughts of Oxymetholone and Halotestin in the last few weeks of contest test prep?
Would you prefer one or the other and what sort of looks do they bring?

I dont like oxy at all. Most people cant handle it and water storage could he a big problem.

Not much to tell! Job now for the arnold people is to get a little more shredded, fabi and eric are nearly there and keep volume. Especially eric needs all the volume he can get, that he doesnt get outmuscled in that incredible mp line up. Klaus needs to loose some fat and fabio is quite on track

I wouldnt do it sub q just give it in the muscle. Like kevin says with that dosage i would just go for test e and inj it once every 5 time, just less stress

3 times a week sounds good! But do it like everywhere, take a look on progression. Does your running and other things for the test progress which is priority now, then all is fine. If not take a look on frequency and intensity of the weight sessions again

B12 injects I would suggest. Ask doctor abt this.
