    I would switch to having a carb dense meal pre bed the night before a training day and then on the morning you could have a whey isolate shake and banana and/or an Intra workout drink of carbs/Pro and start sipping on the way to the gym.

    My prefered intake for adex is also daily! If you think lower dosage is enough just half the dosage.
    Also take a look on your hypophyse if you prolactin is always elevated.
    Prolactinoms are quite common

    interesting.. I eat a LOT of sweeteners (mainly saccharin-natrium and sucralose) and never experienced any diarrhea after that meals… weirdly the only meal I regularly have diarrhea after is my lunch, which is my only protein+fat meal of the day (always a big chunk of meat like chicken/turkey/beef with a whole lot of green veggies). I believe in my case the greens are responsible for the diarrhea, especially spinach, paprika, champignons I think.. have you seen this case as well?

    Yes its just a too high amount of fibre at a time can be caused by sweeteners, veggies,……
    Also the addition of fat can cause this

    what kind of rep and set range should I be looking at..tia

    I’m a fan of 6 to maximum 10 exercises with 1 heavy and 1 lowered set. In small movements sometimes just a rest pause set

    I don’t knownif i wrote before, but fabi is dealing with diarrhea in prep. So first we reduced the sweeteners cause they are 90% the problem. Second optin is reducing greens and adding prebiotics. It get better the last days so i hope we managed it

    If you have a bacterial infection take it its needed. But there is also an important health aspect. If you have an bacterial infection in mouth head or chest area take sure you rest and dont train. Bacterias can easily go to your heart and cause a myocarditis! And thats less fun

    Good Morning! A new week! Just got the check in from klaus! I’m happy with 4 weeks out condition but it has to get better for the arbolds than for the last shows, so i had to drop some kcal!

    Hiho everybody!
    Arnolds is getting closer and fabi is in the weight range so our plan is to keep weight keep condition and then fill out. It went way faster than we thought but i’m very happy

    At the end of the day the mens physique class is more than all other classes dominated by shoulder waist ratio. Those side pics look good but in the end it counts how you look from straight front and back, thats how most shows are won, even from smaller guys

    Hi Stefan,
    I am currently using 50mg Injectable winstrol ED whilst in prep and it gives me the most horrendous lumps, so much so I am finding I’m missing lots of days as I can’t put it in any other place apart from my glutes as it swells bad. But now have lots of huge lumps in glutes.
    Would you advise to stop and increase the Anavar dosage to compensate?

    Thats common with winstrol. Drink it and ramp up dosage to 75. its 17 alpha alkylated so it will work or totally switch to a oral version

    They do want bodybuilding to be held, originally there was rumours it would be strongman focused which would suck. Not sure who’s promoting it but Ian is the current npc promoter so likely to be him.
