Hi Stefan, just wondering if sleep is getting really bad towards the end, if it is okay to use things like Xanax or Diaz once in a while to aid sleep. I tried all the natural formulas and it still doesn’t help…
Is it bad to take it couple of days before the show?Hiho! I‘m really afraid of that substances personaly cause i get addicted very fast in all of that substances. Another point is that you have another medication which is eliminated by the liver, and mostly the liver has a lot to do in a prep.

I have just asked the same question to Jordan but it would be great to hear your opinion too!If You Had any chance to see Hoss Podcast or hear about it what is Your opinion on Mike from The Research Station? Claiming that going OVER 125mg TOTAL of all anabolics day is waste of money and gear as it wont be processed by the body ? For example if You do in One slin total daily of gear 250mg and take orals like proviron, anavar etc on top its too much for body to process in day.

I havent watched the podcast. But just as answer to my experience 200-250mg daily work better in some people than less steroids, but like always its different from people to people. In my opinion people should objectivate what they need for which result, and concerning that most people take to much!!!! i just can share my opinion about roaccutane. first time i got it prescripted 2005, i had to take 40mg. what i recognized after about 3-4 month was, that i got more and more depressed and had a bad mood. after research and discussion with my md we found out that i got in a depressed mood which is quite a common side of roa. i really had to stop that shit.

Bloodwork looks quite ok, i also wanted to ask why the cialis. The test seems also to work well for 100mg a week level is ok!

Hello Stefan! would be very grateful if you could help me in this regard. A friend has such severe problems with gh, his hands are so badly swollen and always sleep sodas he can hardly sleep at night because he has such pain. i take 5 units from the same gh and have no problems with that. He has reduced the dose even further, but still no improvement. Do you know what you could do there?
Like everywhere sides are individually.
So if that occures there are 3 possibilities:
Lower dosage until you tolerate
Sometimes also a change of the brand makes a difference.
Second:

Last solution if that doesnt help you dont want to lower gh is to have a surgery done!

Tunners its a great question . So what underpins muscular growth is the load we lift , the more we can lift , the more we adapt. If we train at high volume this impedes recovery and limits how strong we can get. So knowing that, low volume and high intensity training is above all, the best way to grow

I think the best option is to give the body some rest from training if the appetite still stalls give yourself a good amount of days off from your daily calorie goals and eat just when you are hungry. Then apetite will increase rapidly back up again.
Like Kevin said! And believe him he is the Master of no appetite, but in the last years he brilliant learned to autoregulate that process

I will talk to fabi, if its ok for him to share his prep. We start mid dezember. Fabi won the overall at the nabba universe 2016 and the worlds as a pro 2017.
After that he had a break and got back to structured training 2 months ago, he went now up from 104 to 116kg and our plan is to compete at the classic physique.

awesome to have you back on here! I’ve been following you for a number of years, watched and listened to your input when you were last coaching JP.
Will be good to have another coach on board here to be able to ask the questions especially related to prep.

Actually your question is hard to answer. If i see an athlete i have a picture in my head how he should look on stage. And in contest prep i do everything which is necesarry to achieve that and thats very different from person to person. First i look on changes at weekly then on every 3rd then on every day basis.
But i have low carb, high carb, no cardio, a lot of cardio, a lot drugs, no drugs,……..Perhaps it would be cool to put out one client and share the prep. Would that be interessting?

Following on from the Q and A I’d be interested to hear your opinion on prolonged offseasons (2-4 years)
Would you prefer intermittent bulks (16 weeks) followed by minicuts (4-6 weeks)
Or really just spend the whole offseason pushing weight up to solidify gains before doing one long dieting phase?
Obviously individual dependant but I’d just be keen to hear your thought process in general ????Hi matt, thats totally different from person to person.
But there are few people who can push longer than 8-10 months. I would just monitor progression, and if there is lack of progression go one step back, with kcal, training, gear, and monitor your health.What i‘m definitly a fan about is not push weight up directly before a diet, i always try to soldify the tissue

That’s very true, I feel like if I drop out test i lose the roundness and fortunately I have access to some decent test suspension ! I will definitely switch to Suspension in the final week! When you include test suspension do you run higher anti estrogen and do you run it all the way to the night before the show? Thank you Stefan !
I would replace the test with proviron and run the suspension just on carb up days. No addition of more anti estrogen is needed.
