    Gern! Ich bin halt generell kein susta freund weil durch diese estervermischungen vermehrt soiegelschwankungen auftreten, ich halte jedes single ester produkt für besser.

    Die dosis is zum bridgen recht hoch, aber einfach nach 4 wochen kontrollieren.

    To keep it in english, @kamoans asked if he could aslo bridge with 125mg e2d sustanon. My answer, dosage is a little high but could work but i don‘t like sustanon at all cause the different esters and the difficulty to keep a stable testlevel.

    That’s very true, I feel like if I drop out test i lose the roundness and fortunately I have access to some decent test suspension ! I will definitely switch to Suspension in the final week! When you include test suspension do you run higher anti estrogen and do you run it all the way to the night before the show? Thank you Stefan !

    I would replace the test with proviron and run the suspension just on carb up days. No addition of more anti estrogen is needed.
    Give it a try its quite nice!

    Hi Stefan, sorry to go back to this old topic, if I was 90kg and was running 100mg Prop daily during prep, how much test suspension do you recommend for carb up? 100 or 150mg for 2 days ? Do you dose it separately through out the day or just one shot?

    I wouldnt do more than 2 shots with 25mg per day, so totally 50mg, more than enough!

    Tomorrow we go to amsterdam, very excited about this weekend!
    Today also Klaus will come for a check in after his 3rd place finish at the niagara falls.
    We will go through some poses cause i‘m not happy with everything. Second thing is he just needs a better back, thats why i want to habe a look after his movements. In my opinion a bad development is mostly because ineffective movements and a non progressive thinking and just in a few cases cause of bad training planing.

    Hello Stefan! Would you rate a liver value of 150 (20-50 is normal) and a HDL cholesterol of 15 as very questionable after a 20 week preparation? Do you think I’ll get back to normal when I’m in mid-January with test only cruise? or how i get this as fast as possible to normal range? i do after every workout 25min of cardio and in the morning and evening a tablespoon of omega oils. best regards

    Liver isnt that bad, could be over 200 and i would say ok not nice but still ok, it will recover fast (always think about your liver support). More annoying is the hdl. I don‘t know your hdl when you are off gear cause you always should compare that. But usually i want to achieve at least an hdl of 30 before hitting the throttle again.
    The combination of cardio and low dose test while cruising should usually bringing in that range in 2 months. But as always, check it with bloodwork, never guess parameters

    Same as everyone before, i wouldnt suggest dieting while being pregnant. Just use a nice balanced diet and est no rubbish, take care of not eating to much sugars and keep control of your vitamins.
    In austria we say every pregnency costs you a tooth because of nutrition deficit (vitamins, minerals). So take care that all of that is fine!

    I often recognize that people have the fals view how much kcal they need to grow. Especially younger athletes with less amount of muscle mass think they will gain 20kg of muscle in one year and need to eat 7000kcal to grow with a bodyweight of 80kg. In the most cases thats not the case ????
    Like jamie and kube say always build up kcal slow there isnt such a big surplus needed to grow

    If there are no signs of feverand most important it doesnt gets worse, then you maybe just have hit a vessel or a nerve and it will go away within 1-2 weeks. Just use some hepatin creme or some nsaid stuff to control inflamation because of the mechanic stress.
    If it would be bacteria it would get worse, red and hot.
    But like always if it gets worse go to the md

    this week is peak week again and lets see how amsterdam will go i`m really excited.

    with michael i always have to deal his rebound, even that we use diuretics very little he still always have a good rebound. last show was saturday so we are on minimal carbs (post training 60g rice) until thursday! i will decide wednesday if we carb up thursday or start friday. its also the 4th show in 5 weeks.
    rene never has a strong rebound so he is easy to handle even if its the 4th show in 4 weeks.

    harry has more time cause his last show was frankfurt so he is already back to normal water household and i can peak normaly. same is for ralf!

    but most excited i`m about jekaterina. she will look brilliant for shure but i hope she gets her card. this time i carb up a little longer with her cause i want her fuller and automatically she usually gets drier. lets see!

    Strange day yesterday.
    Had athletes on the NABBA European and Klaus doing the Niagara Falls Pro Show!
    First the positiv things.
    Klaus looked fabulous and got his first top 3 pro finish with place 3. condition was spot on, dry and full weighting 104kg show was over 2 days and condition was brilliant on both. So now he stands with 7 points in the olympia qualification list, which make me very happy!
    The europeans were strange. Christina won the nabba physique class and andi the overall in the classic so i‘m very happy with 2 european champions, but @michael_thebox just got robbed.
    He looled brilliant, dry to the bone full, the russian guy in front of him, weak back no condition, and the itslien guy who won was huge but now beauty no sepperations in the legs. Usually i take placings like they are cause its bodybuilding, but that yesterday upsets me a little. Cause johannes was also fucked in the men 1 division.
    So finally michael got 3rd, rene and johannes 4.

    For sure the bone structure is an very important fact concerning a tiny waist from the front. If your hips are wide they are wide, only thing you can do is avoid any growth for your side abdominals, so no side crunches or whatever.

    Concerning the waist for the side its mostly stomach control which is a big factor.

    So always try to train your transversus abdominis, do planks, do vaccums, that keeps you tight. Always train with a stabilised core and keep it stable also during day.
    Also learn to breath only through chest and not through belly you will need that on stage.

    But also very important is your gut health, if you handle with bloatings and bad digestions you should take care of that. There are certain peds which fuck up your stomach, often methandienon or other orals, also the usage of slin cause the amount of food you have to eat.

    Conclusion concerning peds and tiny waist, the dont affect it directly but indirect they can have a big influence so control all parameters to get the best out of your work!
    Sorry for the long post, but i think thats a real important thing in modern bodybuilding

    Would be nice if you could keep your thumbs pressed for Klaus today at the Niagara Falls Pro Show Classic Physique. Its his first travel away from europe and the fucked up his luggage, so food, medication all was gone.
    Yesterday he got back the stuff but without medication, just the diuretic were still there ???? but as always we find a way to make the best out of the situation!!
