    8-12 weeks would be my guess. Sorry mate but that isn’t 8-10% bf. Have you tried full body or upper/lower?

    I hate to use genetics but maybe that’s it. My forearms grew a lot doing rack pulls with wrist straps and no direct work. Maybe reduce the volume/frequency on direct work.

    Quick question regarding your protein intake, why is it so high and have you always had it so high? I find eating the hardest part lol

    Thanks for the feedback. I’m missing one rear dealt exercise for third day and legs grow faster compared to upper and upper is lagging behind legs.

    Hi Corinne, yes the plan is EOD Monday, Wednesday and Friday typically.
