8-12 weeks would be my guess. Sorry mate but that isn’t 8-10% bf. Have you tried full body or upper/lower?

I hate to use genetics but maybe that’s it. My forearms grew a lot doing rack pulls with wrist straps and no direct work. Maybe reduce the volume/frequency on direct work.

Quick question regarding your protein intake, why is it so high and have you always had it so high? I find eating the hardest part lol -
Thanks for the feedback. I’m missing one rear dealt exercise for third day and legs grow faster compared to upper and upper is lagging behind legs.
