I can’t remember exactly the rationale behind the point he made. Hopefully he or somebody else stumbles across this and gives us an answer.

Any refeeds at all? I have found the last two times I’ve dieted down that if I eat low calories for a week that I barely drop any weight at all. Whereas if I have a high carb reefed once a week I typically gain 3 or 4lbs before then dropping 5/6 over the next two or three days.

All of what Mort suggested sounds good. Try to sleep in a dark room and I’ve also had success wearing glasses before bed that block out blue light etc. Sleeping in own bed makes a big difference to sleep quality as well. I’m certain I’d be bigger if I was single! Try to keep room temperature cool. Also an interested to hear whether or not people’s sleep quality has improved using cbd oil.

I have the same issues with any highly dosed testosterones. Anything 300mg+ gives me pip

If you stick to your diet like you said and stay lean then you’ll be fine mate. Will suck for a few months but once you’re back in the gym you’ll be in great shape again in minimal time!

Is there any negative to taking t3 with food as most people tend to eat before bed? In that scenario would you recommend taking it in middle of the night when waking up to use the bathroom? I’m personally not using t3 but am curious.

Never used but really rated their anavar

If I was in your place I would refuse to take more if I didn’t want to.

That’s awesome! Well done 🙂

Looks good mate. Only things I would personally change is I would swap the cable seated row for a t-bar row or equivalent exercise. Also I personally would use two rep ranges for my two working sets. For example Barbell chest press might be one set of 6-10 reps, followed by a lighter set of 10-15 reps. I also would be tempted to not do arm work in each session and add more back work, but I have shit arms so who am I to give advice there haha!

Go out, get hammered and get back on track once the hangover clears 😉

I don’t think there is a right or wrong answer as to whether you are overeating. 14 lbs in 7 weeks sounds pretty perfect to me, especially since that will include weight gained from adding the anabolic. It is hard to judge though without pictures. I personally like to gain 1-2 lb’s per week (while on cycle) so long as I’m progressing my lifts in the gym. Don’t pay attention to other people’s calories as they are irrelevant to you. My opinion is that you’re in a good place at the moment, but will actually need to increase food intake at some point in the future to keep growing.
