259, pull day today , repeat session of the one with James , but one set of stiff legs instead of the t bars , and one set of lower back hyper instead of the deficit lower back pull, progressed everything, it all felt lighter , as expected with 2 weeks 1 day back on a higher dose!

    Chest pulldown x 11 x 7 x 6
    Stiff leg x 21
    Upper back row x 10 x 7
    Single arm lat cable x 9 x 7
    Gym shop pulldown x 6 x 20
    Extreme row x 6 x 7
    Prime pulldown x 7 x 13
    Shrug x 19
    Rear delt row x 7 x 7
    Hyper x 12
    Bicep curl x 8
    Abs 40-18-12-8 -5 rest pause
    Adductor rehab

Will just be holding my weight and cals a little longer , I need some more health results back before we push

James is back down into camp for the next push and pull sessions , if works well as atm my push strength isn’t fully firing yet so he will do me there and then I will work hard to stay ahead on pull , this makes us both work harder than hard. Atm no point him being in for legs while I heal up

Glad you’re getting a CT, bloods don’t tell the whole story.

What drugs (including GH) are available for use in 2022 in your quest to get back on stage (if BW/CT comes back fine)?

Are you staying away from Tren, for example, because of past usage, doses and extended periods of AAS?

On what? I don’t need anything scanning . My adductor I know I tore, I don’t need a scan to tell me that, I felt it / heard it/ and can see the bruising , how bad it is… I can feel that based on how I can move it . I would only get ct or mri scans if I couldn’t work out why an injury wasn’t healing at the rate I expect , so it’s more than just a muscle fibre tear basically

I meant CT scan for heart – calcium score.

Have you been to St Tropez? Amazing place. I’d like to move there one day when I’m older too. We will have to get a training session in down there when we’re 60 years old! 🙂

I’d be careful, he doesn’t have the best reputation and he got run off of PM for his wild/incorrect theories and dishonesty.

Decent push session aside from my first press, just lacked any real oomph for it which was super annoying , but such is life

    Machine press x 5 , x 4
High incline deadstop smith x 5
    Narrow grip prime x 6 , x 8 rest pause 2
    Decline cable fly x 10 with 2 second swueeze , x 10 with 3 second stretch
    Jm press up x 4 , x 6 drop 3
Single arm pushdown 3 second squeeze x 7
Single arm ohead ext 5 second stretch 5 second eccentric x 5
    Lateral machine 4 second squeeze x 5 , 2 second squeeze x 8 , 2 second squeeze x 10 , no squeeze x 10
Front db raise rest pause 5-1
    Lying ab crunch 12, 7 , 7 , 7

Playing around with me diet as I have had some help from a chap called Taeian Clark; for those that know him, he is very smart , his gut health knowledge is great and the changes we have made from yday I’m keen to see how will go, I will share more when im a bit further along , as we have a lot to work to do to fix this thing

    Great push session

High incline smith x 3 , I went for a big weight , was only one rep off my all
Time best for that weight . Very nice spot to be ?

Just 3 and no more sets, no higher rep set here?

It was an amazing performance and I hope he comes back for the GSP fight. That fight would be MEGA. But what an athlete, a man and career. Amazing and glad to have witnessed it.

    Khabib vs Gaethje?

I’m going with Gaethje! I think he’s got 2 rounds to knock him out otherwise its Khabib by points or submission.

Funny someone mentioned popping their rib doing leg press. I did that doing vertical leg pressing (I haven’t done it since) and it hurt for about 3-4 weeks. Not sure if I popped or broke it… I couldn’t sleep on one side! 🙂

Well done, I think you looked great and good luck with what’s next.

How will you switch things anabolics wise to offseason after competing? Will you take some time off?
