    i also failed to mention i would be changing the split again halfway through bulk in order to hit full body in 2 days the one day off. similar to upper/lower/off/repeat

    Hey Jordan, I would like some direction or reassurance on my upcoming 12-15 week surplus before going into a 18 week prep. I’m halfway through my 4 week mini cut currently.
    My Current split is Legs, Push, Pull, Off, Repeat. Volume is about 10 total sets a week for every body part except legs, that’s 12 total sets. Strength is coming on rapidly even through the cut. Heading into my bulk, I look to add in 400mg test c/week.
    My split will be:
    Chest/Back – reverse band Deadlifts/banded rack deads and flat bb/db bench press will be main movements. 6 sets for chest, 6 sets for back
    Delts/arms w/ quad touch up work – bb/DB Seated shoulder press for delts, bb/machine close grip bench for tri for main movements. 4 sets for shoulders, 6 sets for tri, 6 sets for bi
    Off
    Push – Reverse band incline smith machine press for main movement. 6 sets for each body part
    Pull – Bent Rows will be main movement. 6 sets each body part
    Legs – Safety bar/front squat/hack squat will be main movements. 7 sets each
    off
    Repeat

    Does this look adequate for my situation? i do pride myself on excellent execution and taking sets as far as possible so i’m looking for minimal effective dose for volume as well as everything else.

    Also, with running test for 15 weeks before prep, do you suggest adding in anything to the prep? maybe at 10 weeks out? i’m not sure what’s best for longevity but i want to bring something incredible to the stage in October.
