her oldest bloodwork where they checked egfr was 5 years ago and her egfr was 72

I think one thing to look at here would be how the EGFR has been over the years, you say its always been low, but how far can you trace back? Was there a certian point in her life where EGFR started to decline? Were there any lifestyle changes that matched this decline? One thing I would recommend looking at doing, is a Cystatin C test. This will give you another perspective on how her kidneys are doing, if this also shows up as an issue , I would recommend seeing a medical professional.

Thank you for your answears! At this momment i definitly need to get leaner, i asked the question because i read that around 12 percent is the best but if its not true than i might go a little bit lower maybe arround 10 percent, until i have good abs and some better definition in the quads.

I would like to ask you about your logboocking. Are you going into a session knowing already that you are gona hit for example 5 plates for 6 reps or you just know the weight and you are going untill you are not sure about that you can complete the next rep. Thank you for your answear.
