    Hey buddy,

    Do you currently track your steps or do any cardio??

    I am arround 10k steps per day. Yesterday i started to walk 10 minutes after my meals and this morning my fasted bg was 5.5.

    How long have you been in your improvement phase, are you thinking of changing direction or? is your body still in a good place visually? Feel free to attatch some photos

    I haven’t started the improvment stage yet, i just bought a blood glucose checker this is why i am asking it now. Do you guys think i can continue this eating whatever i want stage or should i start to cut?

    I am definitly fat at this moment, i stopped counting calories and ate out a lot with my family in the last few months. I would say i am atleast 25 percent bodyfat and my fasted bg was 5.8 this morning. Although i am progressing really good in the gym.

    her oldest bloodwork where they checked egfr was 5 years ago and her egfr was 72

    I think one thing to look at here would be how the EGFR has been over the years, you say its always been low, but how far can you trace back? Was there a certian point in her life where EGFR started to decline? Were there any lifestyle changes that matched this decline? One thing I would recommend looking at doing, is a Cystatin C test. This will give you another perspective on how her kidneys are doing, if this also shows up as an issue , I would recommend seeing a medical professional.
