    My cardio is below. (Still getting fitter but progression is good)

    Running:

    Monday – 4 mile easy

    Tuesday – 6 mile interval session

    Wednesday – 4 mile easy

    Thursday 6 mile including tempo effort

    Friday – off

    Saturday 10 mile

    Sunday 5 mile easy

    Thanks for the quick replies both.

    I have purchased vital and heart care so will add those into the daily routine.

    Should I keep love heart at 4 caps per day or reduce to 2?
