    Glutes A:
    Smith hipthrust x 3
    Smith RDL – 3 x 8-12
    Contralateral rear foot elevated split squat – 2 x 8-12
    Glute kickback – x 2
    Abductor – x 3
    Seated hamstring curl – 3 x 8-12

    Glutes B:
    Smith hipthrust x 3
    Smith good morning – 2 x 8-12
    Glute leg press – 3 x 8-12
    Cable step up ***
    Glute med kickback – x 3
    Adductor – 3 x 8-12

    Glutes C:
    Smith hipthrust x 3
    Smith rear foot elevated split squat- 2 x 8-12
    DB RDL – 3 x 7-12
    Glute kickback – x 2
    Abductor – x 3
    Leg extension – 3 x 8-12
