Hi Kuba,
Why do you think the leg session had the effect on you feeling flat and a little deflated? Despite having a rest day and eating well I presume?
Just curious as to why you may think this may be the cause.
Interested to hear your thoughts.

Beef isolate as suggested above by Haider or a whey isolate 100. I’m lactose intolerant so both choices are ok with me.

Hey,
I used to snack on raw broccoli, in the end i found it didn’t digest so well. It depends on how your stomach responds to it. Cucumber is great with salads and it’s low cal. When i was really suffering with energy and hunger i would chop half a cucumber up, remove all the skin then chop up a whole lemon, again remove all the skin and pips. Put in a blender and add EAAs or BCAAs, flavour of your choice. add a small amount of sparkling water (the important bit). I used lemon hinted. Add lots of ice and blend into a slush puppy or sorbet consistency. Its really sweet and hits the sugar craving spot. I use a ninja, 1 third spark water, the rest ice and ingredients.

GH really shines the longer you are on it. You’ll notice recovery is much better, any nagging tendon pains etc will start to diminish.
Cardiovascular output is much better. Recovering in between sets, or any other cardio output you will notice this.
The most prevalent benefit is the fat loss or being able to consume larger amounts of calories while staying tighter even in a surplus.
But like I said, the longer you are on it the more benefits you will see from it.

Check out Jordan’s giant session with Milos. It’s on YouTube. Personally i wasn’t a fan. I tried it a few years back. Felt more like a fitness test as opposed to an optimal way to build muscle.

i started with 1000mg of ashwagandha 2 weeks ago for the saem resons and so far, i feel noticeably less stressed.

I personally find as I’ve got older( 36yrs) rest is the key. I can train 2 on 1 off maximum.
Or even better EOD training otherwise I feel absolutely battered.
Of course your nutrition and training execution is important too. But never underestimate the restH.
