Yes mainly for the slight tendinitis that creeps back from time to time. Lifts are going up now and progress is good, just feel it may add to the progress with keeping the joints nice and warm for the biggies

I personally think these are overkill. A lower dose of test and GH will do the job nicely. The rest is food rest and recovery.

No I don’t think it’s too much. I was referring to the Test, Tren and slin dosages.
500- 700mg Test
4iu HGh – 2am – 2pm split
Would have you growing nicely without all the side effects of higher dosages.But then again nobody knows your background. Cycles etc

If you are constantly feeling shagged, tired, poor sleep etc consider a deload.
Progressive overload will drive you into the ground eventually if you do not recover.
Sometimes the hardest thing to do in training is to take time out to reset.
Week six of my current training cycle and I’m deloading for at least a week.
It doesn’t always mean no training, just step back into an intensive cruise.
So I usually do four sessions a week, sometimes five but this week I’ll do two.
One muscle round per muscle group.
So each set is still intensive but half the volume.
When I get back to it I’ll have a nice rebound effect with strength for having rested and I’ll likely make some very good progressions.
If you don’t deload you will likely plateau and run into a shitstorm

This is what I’ll do for a week and see were I am at after and go again.
Appetite is sky high at the moment….what a shame ????

Had a good session yesterday. PB’s for leg press and felt good during session. Ate well post workout. Appetite was sky high as usual after legs.
Now for the problem, sleep wasn’t great. Fell asleep quite easily but woke up after a couple of hrs and was awake for 2 hrs or so.
Shattered today as I’m up early 6am daily. So not ideal.Meant to have pull session today but contemplating whether to have a rest day.
Any thoughts on why this could be the case? Poor sleep? Thoughts on rest day after yesterday’s session?

If your lowering the carb intake on rest days then you will most likely be a pound or Two lighter the next day.
I would say it’s just water from lower carb intake. Once you start feeding again muscle glycogen will fill back up slowly.
Weigh yourself once a week on the same day before food and water for a true reflection on your weight

Nice to hear! Yes probably so! Since you only had one session this far that had been ”bad”, you probably just needed some extra rest.
You could adjust volume slight to allow for better recovery capabilities or adjust the split so that you train 2 on 1 off, 1on, 1off, repeat.
This is what I had to change to during offseason could not really recover from 2on 1off after a few weeks I would have to deload after about 4-5 weeks. But this is of course individually and should be according to your ability to recover from sessions. When getting stronger, the harder it is to recover.
It’s definitely something ill have to monitor over the next few days. 2 on 1 off, 1 on 1 off may be the way to go if I’m not recovering.
Getting stronger and lifts going well on this bulk so far but somethings got to give.

Like Hilly says the trick
Is to work out what works for you. For me sauerkraut, anything with lactose and berberine doesn’t agree with my gut.But what has def helped is a good digestive enzyme and probiotic for me.

My only concern is the reaction with breathing on it, I have fade out and sometimes I get real short breath for a few mins which can be feckin scary. I was told it’s likely gaba but we’ll see.
THP does it send you off till the morning or do you wake up after rem?

Pain then gloryIt could well be, but I only notice this if I dose higher than 750mg. It sends me off till the morning buddy. I’ll get up for a piss but that’s standard. Straight back to bed and snoring like a rhino.

Ive just started using them this past week, and deffo gives your workout a boost. How often do you use pre workouts

Man I keep saying it, but lots of talk nowadays about the physiques around not “flowing” but Kuba you look incredible pal. Good size everywhere and the waist is tight which caps it all off.
Very rare to see this kind of physique today.
I just hope you keep that waist tight Cos everything looks impressive.One of the main reasons Shaun Rowden got the Olympia last year. Aside from the mass and condition, he was the one who came in with that tight waist. Made everything look more impressive.

I took an extra day off training yesterday and feel much better today. Makes me think that it could be recovery related?

Biohack I find gives good clean energy but not that kick up the backside kind of feeling.
It sets off but doesn’t really kick into gear. I think the theanine probably does that.
For someone like me, who gets up early and needs something more of a kick. The positives from it are no crash side effects which is impressive.It all depends on what you want from a pre I guess
