Interesting to see and read about your deload methods. When do you know it’s time for a deload? And does this usually mean lowering volume and PED’s? Or are any other factors also drawn in. Food intake? EtcH.

Great thread buddy.The intensity when your lifting is something else. Face turning bright red, then blue and head and body starts shaking. Haha!
Every time I’m in the gym and ask myself “am I lifting with intensity?” I visualise that!
