Hi James, loving the intensity and sheer grit in your work outs. what’s impressive is the bulk and size in your off season and still looking relatively lean and not a water buffalo bloated mess.

    Hi Jordan,
Interesting to see and read about your deload methods. When do you know it’s time for a deload? And does this usually mean lowering volume and PED’s? Or are any other factors also drawn in. Food intake? Etc

????I honestly do wonder about some people… How you hold it together Jordan, I applaud you.
    Great thread buddy.

The intensity when your lifting is something else. Face turning bright red, then blue and head and body starts shaking. Haha!

Every time I’m in the gym and ask myself “am I lifting with intensity?” I visualise that!

    Hi Corinne,

Ideally no because I finish training at 7pm and like to get in two carb heavy meals before bed at the moment

Its not ideal I know, but due to time co straints I have to do it this way unless it’s a weekend.

I’ll avoid taking it and plough through more food in the post workout meals

I can as I get home 10 mins after training. Usually the drive home is short.

I like the sound of Costco. I’ve heard good things about the quality. What’s the pricing like for meats?

Bookers wholesale but you do need an account. Someone you know will probably have one just ask around for their code!

Go for the chefs essentials fresh chicken breasts 5kg for £20, tastes and cooks absolutely fine.

    What’s bookers wholesale buddy?

in the past i have frontloaded my long estered drugs and all this did was to increase potential side effects by rapidly spiking hormone levels in a very short period of time with minimal to no advantage.

This is exactly what I think.
Side effects come on very strong and end up feeling like utter crap from pummelling your body with the extra hormones.
Another bro science method that is total madness
