Before I used a blast and cruise protocol I used IGF-LR3 in between my cycles (I used to cycle 4-5 weeks on 4-5 weeks off) and I held noticeably more strength, had better recovery, and better pumps if I included the IGF-LR3 in my off periods.

That protocol of short ester AAS rotated with HCG and IGF-LR3 for 4-5 weeks each allowed me to make continuous steady gains for 2 years before deciding to commit to blasting and cruising.

Did you notice that even after big meals and larger amount of calories, you soaked up that food easily and stayed lean throughout?

Looking incredible pal. Keep that waist tight and you’ll be doing some serious damage as a pro.

THP, After your recent posts in regards to muscle gain/weight loss i’d really suggest listening to corrine, keep your carbs pre/intra/post. I personally eat 60%-70% of my carbs pre.

I could t consume a high amount of carbs pre as I train 45min-1hr after my meal. If I did that a lot of food would still be in my gut digesting and make me sluggish.

I do prefer a small amount pre and smashing the rest intra and post meals

@thp I finish training at about 7.30pm and also follow Fortitude (Training and Diet). I don’t eat any carbs before training, and then follow my workout with some cereal and some whey. I then have another protein and carb meal at around 9pm. For what it is worth I have found I can gain weight without much in the way of carbs (19 lbs at the end of last year in 16 weeks), and when I try and eat higher carbs for more than a few days I tend to feel I have energy. Now all of that may only apply to me but it wouldn’t hurt to try and follow the diet the way Scott lays it out, and adjust from there. Making it personal for you is the key.

I feel that I’m training hungry with no carbs before a workout. Meals 1-3 I can deal with but pre a minimal
Amount keeps me ticking over. Then refill with carbs intra and the two meals after.

But surely if you want it to be accurate you’ll weigh it cooked. What if the chicken breast is full of water.

I have a dirty cheat meal once a week as it keeps me sane.

Chinese or burger/fries are my go to.

I do like that set up Corinne. I train around 5:30-6pm most weekdays. Meals 1-3 are pro/fat.
    Pre workout carbs/pro (carbs 50g)
    Intra 50g carbs
    Post 125g carbs
Post post workout meal (before bed) 60g carbs.

I train around 45min after pre meal so I don’t like to have a carb heavy meal before workout.

Maybe I could add more carbs to intra?

What do you guys think of that set up? I can smash down the post workout carbs this way workout bloating.

Please post the page number as I’m looking at the book right now…

As an avid follower of Scott’s, I gusranteeee he has no set formula in his book so not quite sure howww you’re getting numbers.

    I’m 265…would I use 500carbs.

What if your 185….we would use the same amount?

It’s not set in stone but it is a suggestion.

Scott does also say follow your nutrition plan if it’s been successful this far. If not pummel the calories on training days to grow.

I’m going to mirror what everyone said about reaching Scott via PM or on the Fortitude board.

ALSO….Scott has no set recommendations so I have no idea how you’re gettin 500carbs and 170carbs…

It’s suggested on training days 500g carb and 170g fats

Yes it is absolutely fine. COR is another bro fashion food.
This is nonsense to be honest.
I can’t have ready break. I can’t stomach any form of oats.
    So ground rice is perfect.
It’s also ideal for getting more carbs in compared to ready break as it’s faster digesting.
So yes it does seem to be fashionable at the minute but its not one of those foods that’s just used cos it’s fashionable like peanut butter for good fats lolol.

    Hilly,
I stomach ready break far better than oats. Oats destroys my guts. Cream of rice is ok but too much hype IMO for the price, ready Brek
Will do, as will ground rice.

As for “peanut butter bro, lots of good fats” ????
