    Hi,
I have registered on the website which states I’ll receive an email to activate the account. I never received the email to activate it and it’s been weeks now.

I would recommend Kuba. The guy is knowledgeable, takes the time to respond quickly. That’s from my own experience

Your physique is decent and I’m sure he could push you to the next level if you have the patience and perseverance.

    Hi hilly,

There’s plenty of reviews on there with lab work results showing positive results.

If that’s anything to go by

Good thread. I often wondered about Tyrosine and it’s effects on sleep. This seems to have cleared it up ????

This sounds like your prone to anxiety especially bought on with certain anabolic. Trenbolone being the worst for this.

    Eq is another for me.

I’m no expert but struggled a great deal with sleep on and off.
Big one for myself is caffeine intake, ok so that’s very obvious but I can assure you it has a greater effect than most realize.

    It’s worth considering.

As well as all these other potential issues please consider cutting back on stims. I love coffee but I’ve learned that it’s not particularly great for me as it amplifies anxiety big time.

I still drink coffee, one double expreso first thing and tea thereafter.

    No caffeine after 2-3pm
    Big game changer

It’s so easy to throw meds at symptoms but sometimes you have to consider what is the root issue.

I’ve tried everything believe me and I still have some issues but this has made things easier.

Hope you find a groove mate

Exactly the same for me. I love my coffee but cut it out after 2pm and its made the world of difference with sleep and anxiety. If your prone to anxiety then coffee will exasperate that. Carbs before bed also helps.

For me personally I lower the calories on rest days as that makes sense. Your expenditure will be less, therefore less calories needed. I tend to lower the carbs and up the fats.

If you read some of the top guys on here, they do the same. James, JP, Kuba etc.

Anabolic steroids are illegal to possess in the uk unless you have a subscription provided by the doctor. Category Class C drug. It is a misconception that they are legal to possess.

    Hi Hilly,

I’ve seen on insta that your looking to put on some serious size within the next few months. What’s your plan on doing this? Calorie intake and Anabolics. Be interested to see what the plan is. Loving the log and insta pal. ????

Why not have a good meal before you go to bed in the morning. Wake up and sip your intra While on the way to the gym, with 50g+dextrin/eaa/pepto pro.

If your meals are as normal throughout the night shift then doing it this way won’t be a problem.ive worked nights and this is how I did it and it never set me back.
