    Thanks for your replies. Very interesting Stephen. I’m taking up a keen interest for the first time in digestion after reading up on some of the top guys here. It does hold me back because poor digestion, bloating causes me to to eat less and feel uncomfortable. Therefore putting away food is much harder

    The only MK677 I’ve used is Muscle Rage. Sleep was great. Crazy hunger. Eating is scary on that stuff. The water retention/bloat was too much. Even on 10mg daily evening dosage I couldn’t take it. The daytime lethargy was also crippling.

    The positives were muscles feeling full, and vascular and strength increase. Maybe I’ll give Hilly’s HGH protocol a go and see how that goes in future.

    My fasted blood glucose was also elevated even on GDA’s and metformin.

    Hi Hilly, was looking at that but the pricier option. Nice present.

    I’d get the ebook if I was to get it. Does it cover all bases? Such as nutrition, PED’s and training etc?

    Yes without a doubt your recovery capabilities and enhanced protein uptake will make a difference when on PED’s vs not.

    The sugars in milk wouldn’t be ideal. I personally can’t stomach milk. Lactose destroys my guts.

    It’s a very common thing with milk intolerance. A large majority of people cannot stomach it

    Interesting mentions on knee ache and bloat hilly. Never heard that mentioned before. Energy levels throughout the day @Jack I definitely feel this on some days more than others. Especially after leg day. But is that a case of being a “pussy” or not recovering. It’s difficult to gauge

    For me it’s definitely emphasis on single arm stuff. Dumbbells and preacher machines help taking away the swinging and focusing on the contraction and the movement. Really focusing on contracting and leaving the ego behind, by not lifting silly weight using a lot of swing and twitchy body movements.
    The other day I saw s guy at the gym doing barbell curls. It looked like he was fitting. Back swinging, head clucking like a chicken. Everything but the bicep working
