Reading up on it looks very interesting. Why would you never run DC @jdh?

I’ve had a look on here for videos or articles about it with JP’s input also but not found anything.

As above and most importantly get off the gear. MH issues and tren aren’t a good mix.

    Hi Hilly,
I’ve done a bit of research too on this subject and like anything if abused it does seem to become addictive. Like anything else. It’s interesting you didn’t feel much from it because it is supposed to improve energy, mood and any pain you may have depending on dosage and strain used.

Tony huge is a big fan of it pre workout.

@ashleigh-simms I was the same, Kidding myself that I was training with intensity when in reality I wasn’t. Now I do, I find recovery is needed much more and rest days incorporated after 2 sessions generally.

Everyone’s different I guess with recovery but intensity certainly is s factor.

Interesting to see how you have zero carbs for your first few meals. Then smash them down intra and onwards. Is there any reason for this Jordan?
I personally like this type of meal plan even in the off season. I find having pro/fats with first meal at least keeps away the brain fog, less sluggish and more energy in the morning.

Its refreshing to see James with someone like you who advocates cardio in the off season. Also interesting seeing your recent pictures on Instagram and how the condition is holding while pushing more food.

I definitely feel better and for health reasons would like to keep it in. My job is office job , so not much walking.

Hilly, I think the decrease in IGF levels is very minor. Especially for someone who’s using hgh.
Also there has to be some argument for it when in a high carb diet/hgh usage. Simply for its effects on keeping blood sugar levels stable

I don’t seem to get the stomach issues some people report on it. If anything berberine seems to be more of. An issue

I prefer to weigh my foods cooked because it is easier, as said above. The only problem is that most apps and nutritional values are always uncooked weight. So converting the nutrient content to cooked is always a bit sketchy. Eg. 200g uncooked sweet potato when cooked will vary in weight. Same with meat.

DrDean, would you say that 20ml is roughly 2 Tbsp?
