    The issue is, a lot of us have a different idea of failure . What maybe me and Corinne deem as failure , is never what it is, when I do happen to train people. So the above , is hard to gauge, so I often advise “ fail” , which is probably 1 rir on a hard compound for most anyways

    It’s an interesting subject as “failure” varies from person to person in how they perceive it. It’s also opened my eyes into how you train JP.
    If In doubt watch, one of your training vids.
    If your face isn’t turning blue, you’re eyes roll to top of there sockets and body isn’t shaking then your not training to failure.

    Hi Jordan,
    Do you have concerns about your blood pressure and heart health? Especially pushing up to this weight? I remember reading Dante’s article about cycles this is when the damage is done to the heart with plaque build up. Bloods don’t always give a clear indication and a reason to jump back on. It’s the 12+ weeks on cycle the irreversible damage is done with anabolics.

    What’s your opinion on this?

    Don’t judge by bathroom pics a few weeks out which only show one pose, totally pumped where somebody shows his best muscle groups! The only look that counts is the stage look! And Roelly very rarely nailed it on show day!

    I agree with regards to winning the Olympia. I don’t think he will but for pure mass it’s unbelievable. Looks freakish

    I don’t even find it appealing but it’s what People want to see in the open division. Freakishly big monsters. And however unappealing I think
    It looks it’s still admirable

    I’ve never understood the theory for a deload.

    Deloads are for people who fear taking time off from the gym. I prefer to take the week off.

    That makes more sense Hilly. Dropping the dose and avoiding an ai. I’m currently taking liposomal Curcumin and going to get some liver support as suggested.

    I’ve sporadically used Tudca & NAC in the past.

    Good move I find with clients and myself 125-150mg per week split into 2-3 doses works the best.

    I would defo keep in liver support year round as well as the other supps. Supplement needs do a great liver and kidney product I use myself currently.

    I’ll lower the TRT dose as you suggested and get some liver support and keep it in year round.

    What would you suggest for lowering estrogen. I’m not currently using an ai but would Adex 0.5 EOD be sufficient and monitor from there?

    Hi DrDean,
    I was running 500mg Test/300mg Mast E per week until 6-8 weeks ago. Ran that for 16 weeks
    Anavar 6 weeks at 50mg er day

    Now running 250mg Test E per week and done so for last 6-7 weeks

    Look at all the best physiques in the world, they don’t train to failure.

    There’s your answer.

    This isn’t necessarily true. They may not train to failure now they’ve added pure mass but at some stage I believe they did to get to the muscle mass they have now. Doing what the pros and mass monsters do, isn’t going to work for the majority of us.

    Train hard and to failure.

    I prefer taking it in the evening. Wake up the next day and ready for bowel movement. Also doesn’t interrupt with digestion as it can bloat you.

    If your training after meal 1 I’d personally have it PM.
