Look at all the best physiques in the world, they don’t train to failure.
There’s your answer.
This isn’t necessarily true. They may not train to failure now they’ve added pure mass but at some stage I believe they did to get to the muscle mass they have now. Doing what the pros and mass monsters do, isn’t going to work for the majority of us.
Train hard and to failure.

I prefer taking it in the evening. Wake up the next day and ready for bowel movement. Also doesn’t interrupt with digestion as it can bloat you.
If your training after meal 1 I’d personally have it PM.

Unless you guys are crazy strong and maxed out basic principles it isn’t needed

Definitely agree here. Most people will try this but can’t see any benefit to it unless you get to JP’s standard and that’s still a maybe. And the jury is still out if he could progress further with that type of training

Is there any point to lifting this way? Leaving so much in the tank. Yes recovery will be fantastic but we’d be selling ourselves short on this and gaining muscle tissue

I think classic class is the ultimate genetic class. You can’t do anything to become classic. You just are. It’s all down to structure/shape/insertions. No manipulation of drugs or training can help a genetically inferior physique exce
I don’t agree with this at all. The drugs have a big part to play in this as well as the food consumption.

The slim waist is what epitomises the classic physique. Obviously the capped shoulders and lats flowing into the slim waist.
Much prefer the classic physique guys out there now to the open bodybuilding.
Big bubble guts has destroyed the sport. Having said that I was pleased to see Shawn Rhoden take the Olympia last year. Maybe the sport will get back to that look.

The problem is now in BB anyone with a PhD before there name instantly knows it all and is considered credible.

You can monitor your health with the blood work but it will give you no indication with the health risks to the heart.
Saying that AAS use didn’t play a factor in his death is ludicrous.

I was always surprised JH went with Phil. I think he can kick on now if he gets someone with nutritional know-how on his side.

Like the guys and girls have said above, firstly find out what triggers it. When would you say you have the anxiety? Mornings? Evenings? Or throughout the day?
It may be certain AAS (if you aren’t natty)
Caffeine, for me is one that triggers it. Even found that Tyrosine in higher doses causes it. Or high stim pre workouts loaded with caffeine.
Once you work this out, by process of elimination you can certainly add a number of supps that will help.L-Theanine and Ashwaganda have really helped me personally.
