He wasn’t even on trt dose lol he stated many times on his insta he was running 500mg test E and 2iu gh. Again those are tiny doses and I think with Matt the damage was already done as he’d already had heart failure. Never mind let the poor chap rest in peace I guess. ✌????

You think 500mg test and 2iu GH is a TRT dose?

@thp read what I said I ain’t getting into this because it’s pretty pathetic. All the factors add to it. Staying on a TRT dose which he was running at the time there’s nothing damaging about it at all. Previous use would have sped up what was coming inevitably. Carrying extra weight which wasn’t needed is what truly puts pressure on already a weak heart. Done.

How do you know he was on a TRT dose? He was also using GH. And an above normal dose from what’s considered TRT.

A lot of what was said about his TRT doses I’d take with a pinch of salt. He put on a lot of muscle and remained in a reasonable condition. I even started a thread about this a month or two ago.

The damage was done to his health with his long term anabolic use.
Take that out of the equation and he would not have passed away so tragically.
Carrying the extra weight is hardly the reason why. If that’s the case every obese or overweight person would be having issues with there heart.

@thp you don’t know ins and outs clearly mate, Matt had underlying heart issues that run in his family nothing to do with gear. It would have been the same turn out if there was no gear involved and he were what society accepts as a normal man ( overweight casual drinker ) it would have probably ended sooner for him.

Either way bless his soul and pray for his family

I think his death is without question related to his use of AAS. As Dr Dean stated as well as his genetics and uncontrolled BP adding to it.

    You can’t deny this Kuba.

    We all know the risks.

    Whatever it takes, right babe?[/quote]

Yes babe, mr know it all who are you his doctor ? No.

Guy pushed his weight back up that’s what did it. Not trt dose of test he was on. Ignorance is bliss

If he wasn’t on anabolics he wouldn’t have passed away so young. It’s as simple as that.

If your suggesting it’s because he pushed up his weight, then that is ignorance.

His long term use of anabolics factored into why he had passed away so young. Add in genetics and other factors too. But saying it’s not because of his PES use is crazy.

Very sad news, some bodies can handle large amounts of drugs and have little complications health wise, then others can take small amounts and have a higher risk of becoming ill. I think we are lucky we have the services available to us today to be able to monitor our health and control our own variables.

I don’t think this matters one bit.

Matt porter monitored his health scrupulously like nobody else. Let’s not bury our heads in the sand here

    This sadly did not matter.

and makes me think a lot about my own choices tbh (having 3 young kids).

This is very true. It’s a selfish game, and foolish if you ask me. Especially when you have children.

How sad that this could most probably have been prevented but for his addiction. His baby boy will now never know his father.

    Very sad

Yes this is sadly true. A very well respected man in the industry.

Truly sad considering he’s left a young baby behind too.

3 times? Is that it ????

I’m constantly getting up, most probably up to 5 times a night.
It’s annoying but doesn’t interrupt my sleep. I’ve tried everything to but nothing works.

We need a nightly Dr Dean anti-wee stack.

Positives – strength, hunger (if off-season) better sleep

Negatives – extreme tiredness, blood pressure high, high fasted blood sugar. Extreme bloating

The negatives far outweigh the positives for me.
